Second time using Bath Fitters... end product is very good and I do recommend their services. Bit torn on writing this review as the service from BF is great... service and attention to detail is excellent.The one problem I had with my recent installation was an issue around a broken 'boot' (the plumbing drain in the tub) at the very end of the install. During the final stages of the job, the boot broke off the tub and the onus was on me to pay for a plumber to conduct this repair.I'm partly to blame here... there is a line in your contract that BF is not responsible for damaged to existing plumbing during the install. I'm now on the hook for a $400+ repair bill.My caution here... read every line in the contract before you sign. I'd ask their sales reps to highlight this clause as well during the sales process. They give you all kinds of information on what cleaners to use and NOT to use that will void the warranty but nothing on the damage that can occur the installation.

Fourteen years ago Ottawa Bath Fitter remodelled our bath room. We have been very happy. Then at 10:30 pm on Monday night the shower would not shut off. I phoned them at 7 am Tuesday morning. A Bath Fitter person arrived at our house in two hours. Very quickly the problem was resolved. The service person was incredibly knowledgeable. The service was amazing. My anxieties disappeared. It would be wonderful if other organizations were half as good.

We have been clients since 2014. Recently we had an issue with our ensuite shower stall. Called and spoke to Phil Duford general manager on May 11, 2023. He personally came promptly the very next day and addressed the issue. We are extremely satisfied with his service and would recommend this company.

A quality job by proficient installers. Neat and tidy and very responsive in getting the job done right. Highly recommend their services.

We had sliding shower doors installed in our main bathroom today. We were told that they would be at our home around noon and they were on time very impressed with that. The two installers that arrived were very courteous, polite, professional and down to earth. They worked amazingly together and in no time the install was complete. They invited us to inspect the install and it was above our expectations. So fabulous! My husband and I were tired of cleaning our grouted bathtub/shower tiles but feared a vinyl install would look cheap. Wow, we were wrong! We got the marbled grey insert, and it looks gorgeous. I love the sturdy grab bars we got, and the side shelves are so much nicer and practical than the temporary shelves we had in there before. I want to give a shout out to the Ottawa Bathfitter team for their fantastic customer service. Everyone seemed to be going the extra mile to ensure we understood our options, that we felt in charge, and that we were happy with the end result. They gave great recommendations on products and positioning, but I never felt pressured. I got just what I wanted. There was an issue with the initial install, but the Bathfitter team addressed it very quickly and provided us with a fair compensation for the inconvenience. Very professional. We’re already thinking of doing Bathfitter in our other bathroom!

I previously engaged Bath Fitter to install a fitting for tub and shower which they did. Yes, it was satisfactory but the information provided before the arrival of the service guy was inadequate: the agent didn't tell me that his worker would be spewing plastic beads all over the bedroom where he was cutting the materials, even though a perfunctory attempt at covering the furniture and rug was made. When I made out the check the worker put on his winter boots and trekked over the carpet and kitchen floor leaving salt, dirt and water marks in his wake. After considerable use the faucet handle came off whereupon I tried to find a replacement from various outlets and was informed (by Rona) that they couldn't stock them as Bath Fitter was supplied exclusively by a manufacturer in China. I left a voice mail with Bath Fitter requesting the new part/installation and they simply didn't reply--this in view of their original promise that they would supply parts and service for future breakage, etc. I'm waiting to receive a positive response. Beware. The company is all too eager in its advertising and promises but indifferent on its follow-up.Response to response: You're wrong, Dale. It was under my husband's name.

Bath Fitter did an excellent job of installation and answered all our questions. Great customer service and responded quickly when follow-up was requested!
