We recently bought a house with old cedar shakes that were in desperate need of replacement. My husband and I found Advantage Roofing through multiple community recommendations and Corey was quick to respond to any texts, calls and emails I sent. Corey understood we wanted the roof replaced with asphalt asap before wildfire season and he scheduled us in immediately. He even let us borrow the asphalt shingle samples so we could have time to decide on a look.Corey was the only person who actively included us in explaining the roofing process and showed us why our roof was due for a replacement (aside from the obvious shakes falling off). He was respectful and professional. He also did not try to upsell us on more expensive materials as he understood our needs and respected them.We also appreciated that he was the only local roofer who called and set up a time to look at our roof whereas other roofers randomly showed up and wandered around our property without asking or telling us they were even there.We were actually blown away with the level of respect his crew had for our property. They were very fast, clean and tidy and even took care to move our patio furniture out of the way and then would set it back up daily. The crew was also very friendly, polite and enjoyable to talk to. There were many times we had to leave during the day but the crew was trustworthy and so we felt comfortable leaving them be.Advantage is very competitive in pricing and offered us the best price (we like to shop around). There was one price increase for the sheeting which was unexpected but we appreciated how Corey apologized and consulted with us about it before moving forward.We are excited to see how this roof lasts over the years and would highly recommend Advantage Roofing over any of its competitors.

Easily the most pleasant experience I have ever had in dealing with a roofing company. The workmen were invariably pleasant to interact with and I was pleased to observe they appeared quite detail-oriented. I was also pleased for the crew having proven very good at cleaning up after themselves, to include clearing the gutters after the initial removal of the old roofing materials and again after completing the new roof. Perhaps most importantly, I found the owner/manager, Corey, to be very good at getting back to us on those occasions questions came up. Should we ever again need a new roof it is Advantage we will call first.

Labourers were hard working and very efficient in replacing our extremely steep and hot roof. They worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up once complete. As part of the job, they replaced existing venting and added one to increase attic venting. There was inadvertently a small bit of damage done to a nearby fence and the company provided a fix for that damage very quickly and without issue. We loved their eclectic music mix while they were working!

Cory, Steve, Mark and team did an excellent job fixing roof leak that was a constant that others roofers failed. Took their time assessing to come up with a fail safe solution. The owner came out to plan, start the work and followed up upon completion, in addition to providing documentation and photos to demonstrate reasons for failed roofing and the completed fail safe project they completed. Highly recommend Advantage Roofing!

Advantage Roofing installed our new shingles , torch on for our addition and replaced all the roof vents and flashing. We had been plagued with annual ice dam leaks. This winter was the perfect storm for ice damming. Advantage Roofing uses superior roofing products and very professional installation team. Finally, our roof had no leaks due ice dams. It is with heart felt gratitude and a genuine sense of well being that we now have in our home. Thank you to Corey and his Team.

The guys from Advantage did an amazing job on our roof. They started early and worked late every day to get our roof done. Our roof had a number of challenges and I really appreciate that they took the time to find the best solution that allowed them to do things right while not gouging our pocket book. As a retired general contractor I was happy to have this company come out and give me an estimate to remove the old cedar shingle roof and replace it with a new duroid shingle roof. Shortly after the estimate they were able to come up with a timeline for installation. It took them approximately one week to complete the job from start to finish. We purchased a place in Eagle Bay, and previous owners had had a hard time finding somebody to replace the roof the previous year which was cedar shakes in very bad condition.We contacted several roofers and few were able to agree to do the work in a timely fashion. Advantage roofing told us they would likely be able to start in late April to beginning of May depending on weather, they started right on time and got it finished quickly so that we can use our place through the summer months without a bunch of construction going on!
