Best Customer Service and Super Knowledgeable Staff! When the time comes that you need to choose a monument, it's so stressful and it is a long term investment, so you need a company that is trustworthy, reliable and stands behind its products. Creber & Son quality products are meant to last and withstand harsh Canadian winters, unlike the products that are sold by other monument companies - but you don't know this until you are disappointed and have purchased something cheap. And then there's customer service. Having been disappointed with the follow up service from H****** Monuments - basically been told well it's been X number of years what do you expect?" our family reached out to Creber who were understanding and willing to help solve our problem. Mike is so knowledgeable and very skilled at his profession. Knows what needs to be done and explains why. Wish that we had gone with Creber & Son from the beginning. Will certainly recommend to anyone who is in need of this service because you don't need extra stress during this time and if there are issues in the future you need a company that stands behind its work. Exceptional customer service, very accommodating, reliable, knowledgeable and loved the work done on my Mom's monument! (flat marker) by Creber Son & Co. from the beautiful quality of the Granite, to the professional look of the inscription on her monument, i was absolutely satisfied with the end result. i have to admit, the inscriptions i wanted on her marker were a bit wordy and was concerned that i couldn't get all of the words on there, but.....the exceptional work of Creber made it work. the fact that the inscription didn't look crowded" was a huge bonus! the cost of the monument was more than reasonable!Thx Hazel & Mike...you guys are awesome! highly recommended!"
