Lush Cosmetics

I always have such a great experience at Lush! Sydney helped me today and was fantastic at making recommendations for my skin and asking me questions to make even more personal recommendations!! Was just filling up on things I needed restocking (which I did) and left with a few testers (which are generous as pictured) of cleanser bars to try to see which I prefer before committing to a full one. Great experience!

St laurent Lush location is great! The store is a little small, however, most Lush stores are. It does not stop you from finding anything you may want or need. The staff are always very kind and enthusiastic, ready to help you find your prefect products for whatever skin or hair needs you may have.They have a wonderful selection of vegan products and best part is, all their products are cruelty free, fair trade and zero waste. It is expensive to indulge in Lush products, however, if supporting an ethical & sustainable company is important to you, then it's worth it.

I switched to using Lush a few years ago for all of my skin and hair products and will never regret making that decision. Everyone at the stores are really friendly and helpful.

Love lush! Especially my favorite perfume and soap karma! And the bubble bars and bath bombs althought they are very expensive but worth it in my opinion

I'm loving the hospitality in our nation's capital! I was in the mall just doing errands, walked by Lush, took a few steps backwards and went into the store, the store was empty...and immediately after I walked in, the lady from afar, behind the cashier greeted me and asked if I needed any help...if there was no greeting, it would've been fine, I was helped by the lady in glasses, kinda skinny?, I'm sorry I don't remember your name, she was AMAAAZING, EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE! Extremely nice and polite, and knows how to engage customers and knows the right questions to ask! This is very rare in retail nowadays. I knew what I wanted but I didn't know the name, I described what I had got before and she immediately got the item for me, I asked about the Solid Cologne and she explained to me the popular ones and got me to smell test most of them, throughout the conversation, I was thinking in my mind: WOW, THIS STORE IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE HER! If Corporate or the Store Manager is reading this, GIVE HER A RAISE! Again, brunette lady, a bit on the skinnier side, with glasses...took all the products I wanted to the cashier and introduced me to her colleague who rang me up..as for the products...I thought the solid yellow shampoo bar (Sorry, I just don't know the name, I'm a guy) was great, I've been using it for years, great little item for business trips! The Solid Cologne, I've seen it in store a few months back, first time buying it, maybe a review will come in the future, but it's cheap, and handy to bring with you when you need it! I got some sample soap when checking out which was amazing, the service was the BEST OF THE BEST, as I was leaving, the lady that helped me said to me, 'thank you for shopping with us and we hope to see you again soon!' The little things matter to a consumer...this type of service doesn't even exist at Gucci. Made my day, definitely will be back when I need more supplies, I will go only to this location!

I love lush and stop by anytime I can since I live out of town. I like to treat myself to anything new in the store and found out they have SpongeBob bath bombs?! I can not wait to use them. I love coming to this store because staff is always friendly and happy to help me answer my questions.

Zara and Bobby were so incredibly kind and helpful! They hand wrapped my products up for a gift when I was in a pinch. Truly one of the best lush experiences I ever had thank you so much !

Not only do their staff not know their policies and procedures regarding their product line and events hosted by them...they have a terrible customer service experience. Overall would highly recommend going somewhere with better quality products that aren't choke full of dyes and toxins, and with staff that actually know what they are talking about.

This place is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also their products are great. Kids seasonal bath ins are fun for kids and make the room smell amazing for adults. Worth the money for a multi-sensory experience.
