COVID-19 Assessment Centre

Great experience, very professional and polite staff.The covid -19 test was simple, they put a cotton swab up your one nostril to a point it feel like a tad bit of pool water going up your nose and done! 1-2 second test. so if anyone is scared to go get tested don’t be, it’s not that bad. stay safe.

The security needs to learn their job, he is always on his phone and he doesn't give any directions, as well as he talks quietly enough you can'thear him. He also need to ask for appointment times. He shouldn't be there if he's not going to do his job

I booked my appointment online through their website you can pick and choose your date/s and time, did my test 2 hours later. No problems.

We drove an hour to get a test for our toddler. Stood in line for 20 minutes before someone told us they weren’t taking anyone else. I was one person too late. This might not have happened if the address on google was updated as it still says the testing centre is at the hospital. Tried calling in advance to see if they were at capacity and no one answered.

I just wanted to say that the staff here is amazing!I had to take a mandatory test for work, and was fairly nervous as this was my first time doing so.Anytime I called to ask questions related to the testing they always took their time and spoke in such a kind way.When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly nurse who checked to find my appointment time.I was then told I would be tested by the nurse Mary.She was very outgoing and cheerful from the start. I right away felt my fear and dread for the test melt away.Thank you to all the staff, volunteers, nurses and doctors who are putting it all on the line for others, while managing to keep a cheerful attitude.

Really positive experience at this assessment centre. Online booking was quick and easy, and I had no problem finding a suitable appointment time.Sue, the staff person who saw my young daughter, was exceptionally pleasant and friendly and did everything she could to help put her at ease. Would definitely recommend this assessment centre, especially those with young children requiring a test.

I emailed this morning for a test. No response. I called all day and couldn’t get through. I decided to wait, 4 hours in line and still not in. I finally get to the front to hear another person say she emailed this afternoon and they called her right away to get a test. They are letting all appointments in before walk-in’s. I’ve seen people get out of their cars and get to go straight through the doors when people have been waiting 4 hours. Totally unjust. Get a better system.
