One of my best customer experience when purchasing something I’ve had for long time. Staff was supper friendly and super knowledgeable and able to provide all information and recommendations. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I inquired about. The big recommendation if you need any computer or network components or help in general. The pricing is very competitive as well.

I brought my Asus laptop to them because it wasn’t booting. Days went by and they didn’t update me, I called and was told it hadn’t been looked at yet. After not hearing from them for almost ten days I had to call only to be told it was a motherboard issue which could not be repaired. They didn’t bother to contact me and just had my laptop sitting there. I use my computer for work and this was really frustrating.A week later I took my laptop to my original tech who was out of the country for a while, he fixed it in a few hours. He assured me the motherboard had no issues and that a corrupted update was to blame. My laptop is on and running beautifully now.

I had really good experience there when I got my second PC there. The people there are very knowledgeable in PC and techy areas (they would surprise you with what they know) and very nice and helpful! The sales rep Sven helped me with the system setup when I run thought troubles and patiently answer all the questions I have via emails.
