Haru is amazing! She listens to us, makes appropriate suggestions and lets us know all the details BEFORE we buy! She has helps us on multiple larger purchases and some smaller ones too! If you go to Leon’s on Rogeau/Regent ask for Haru!

Made a purchase and within 60 days a no tax event was on. I called for a price adjustment since I was within the 60 day price guarantee they offer. I left my details with a staff member at the store and I received an email within an hour noting the savings I would be receiving. Integrity pricing with no hassel. This is important as a customer and I wanted to share my experience.

We are extremely happy with the products we bought, the prices we paid, and most of all the service we received from Ninja. He was great . Answered every question we had over 2 days of us going there. He also ensured we got sale prices on everything. This was a great experience. So glad we chose to go into the store rather than online purchasing. Ninja made it a great experience!!!

Got assistance from Haru who was very helpful. She was not pushy and understood my needs and saw them met. She even went the extra mile to track my order on her day off when I called her. Thanks again Haru. I'll definitely be coming back to shop at Leon's and will be looking out for her.

I don't like pushy and that's exactly what I got there. I get it, you're on commission but please don't sell me things that I don't need. Even the manager couldn't be too bothered to go an ounce extra. I've always spent lots at Leon's but this location needs better people. I ended taking my $3500 purchase to the Brick. It was a bit more price wise yes but quality of service anyday!

Stopped by to pickup a mattress bag and our sales rep Evan was accommodating, kind, and very helpful. The warehouse boys Jon and Jer were quick to help us out as well. Recommend this location!

My husband and I made a purchase at this location recently. Ninja was the Leon Staff member who assisted us with our purchase. He was informative, courteous and patient. I would recommend my friends to see Ninja if making a purchase at Leon's on Regent!
