Horrific customer service. The owner, who I could only assume must be racist, literally kicked me out of the store stating he feared I was going to steal something lol. I am brown. Apparently I was walking around the back" - literally directly in front of him after saying hello to the polite female employee. "I hope you don't come back. You're blocking this man that has more money than you anyways" - after letting him know I was looking to buy something lol. Unbeleivably terrible experience. Horrible scared man. Actually sicked his little dog on me too. Can't make this stuff up."

Very pricey, but at least a good selection. Bought a $15 vinyl there and the next day I saw one in very similar condition for $2 at another store. All their vinyls are expensive and some are nothing special.

I brought in a bamboo cutting board for engraving as a bridal shower gift along with a photo of how I wanted it to look. They did an amazing job, service was quick, and the price was very reasonable. My only regret is I dont have a photo of the finished product. It was perfect and my friend loved it!

Awesome little place. Much more to it than just picture framing as the name suggests. Wall to Wall one of a kind antiques, laser engraving, custom trophies and much more. Owners are friendly and willing to help with whatever they can. Would recommend if you are looking for something unique.

Terrible customer service, slow service, incorrect order and charged for items we did not order. Would not come clean about the order mistake they made. Would not return calls and lied when asked about why communication was not returned. I would highly recommend not going to this place for business. 1 star rating is actually 1 star to much for Frameworks.
