Banff Visitor Information Kiosk
The staff here was very helpful, but for someone driving though, there was no place to park. The whole town was full of circling cars looking for a parking spot. Grab a parking spot anywhere you can, as far out as you have to and walk here. Then get out of downtown Banff as fast as possible and back into the wilderness.

Easier parking and you were able to get information with a number of the park officials for orientation of your activities. Also you can leave your vehicle here and walk right into town it's so close. This is recommended in the summer as there is a lot of traffic.

This place is a Godsend for information and an essential stop the minute you get to town. And the staff were friendly and helpful at the train station location.

Nice visitor and tourist info center with some kiosks inside offering information on area adventure tours like the Via Ferrata, Bikes, Hikes, and more.Clean restrooms and easy access to snacks and brochures to plan some things to do.Staff were very friendly and welcoming to me.

The people working there were super nice, but they assumed that we were tourists that just wanted to see what was in town. The truth is, people go to Banff to see the park, not the town. That being said, the parts of town that they told us to see were nice!

All female staff that was working was so loud and chatty, it made it very hard to concentrate. They were really self involved and after I asked them about a hike for a third time, the girl brain clicked on and was able to show me a map that I was inquiring about the whole time. They need to hire staff members that know the park and aren't so thick.WiFi was good.

The Avis Kiosk has been moved out to Cascade Plaza. If you want to return you rental car from Avis, please go directly to Cascade Plaza directly.

It's hard to get a map of alberta, all we able to get was brochures of towns. Very clean bathrooms though.
