University of Regina Bookstore

Appreciated that there were supplies and clothing on offer with the UofR branding, as an international exchange student it was great to get some clothing. I would recommend the clothing quality, I am still using a T-Shirt from 2010 !! Also sells stationary and the usual books (as usual for universities, quite expensive) easy access but small.

They have an option to buy your textbooks online and have them ready for in-store pickup in a side area so you can skip the long lines! So nice! They also have many other products, like gifts, bags, clothes, and art supplies. Love walking around in there!

Only two people there who actually know what they are doing for online pick ups. I went to get my textbooks cause their store emailed me saying it was ready and the girl there says “its not in our store you should track you package before you come to pick up” so I go to track it and the information is unavailable so I asked another lady and she found it. Ive had this happen a lot and the people who help are usually rude and disrespectful. Im paying $150 for one textbook from YOUR store. And thats another thing, the books are way overpriced and idk whos fault that is but why do I only get 30% back if I return it by the due date just for you to sell it again for 80% of what I paid for. I see many student who receive this same kind of issue and it needs to be fixed. Treat your business like a place of work not just a hobby.

Everything is very neat, cheap and easy to find. However, my only issue was with a staff member who said she needed my school ID (I am a new student) so I went and got it. When I showed up with my student ID, she asked if I had any ID, like a license. I did need my ID, but my books are much more important!

I love this store, great staff and a good selection of items. I just wish it was a bit more budget-friendly; however, I'll definitely own a U of R hoodie in the future!

Friendly, helpful staff. As soon as I came in the door a staff person asked me how she could help me find what I was looking for. I showed her the title I was looking for and she took me to the aisle where the book was located. Great service.

They are consistently helpful and polite when I visit. Online ordering is also well organized and easy to use.

I called to extend my rented textbooks and the worker told me it was impossible & I would be charged daily for rental fees. The website says you can extend rentals.I was followed around the store and the worker took the items from my hands.The man ahead of me was given excellent customer service. When it was my turn, I was not given the same treatment.So with that, I strongly dislike the University of Regina Bookstore's employees. They are rude and are not trained properly to assist their customers.

Staff made me drive to Regina again although I’m from Moose Jaw to return my books. Staff rudely waited by my friend and I’s side until we left the store because we were a little later than closing time. Staff rolled their eyes at us and acted like a know it all. Poor service. Never going back in person to the store

I just opened up a book I bought used and pages fell out of it. I can't return it because the return date is fixed for all returns and not according to each purchase. I couldn't choose my own copy because we no longer have a physical premises and must do everything online. Incidentally, this is how my credit card information got leaked; through their online system. It's actually impressive that it can be this bad.
