Price range of the light fixtures in this store is very high end. Staff was friendly and welcoming, eager to help, but also gave us space and did not hover. They commented multiple times how expensive their products were, which while a bit odd, at least they weren't pushy.For such a pricey store, I'd expect the place to be tidier. It looked like the store had just opened, as there were boxes piled around the store and other things just laying around.I did not end up purchasing anything here, as the prices are more than what I am willing to spend. Your mileage may vary.Plenty of free parking on site.

Had a bad experience today. Went inside with my newborn, wearing raggedy clothes, mom bun and the works and got shot down. I asked how much a certain light was and the lady said, this is too expensive, I said ok and continued to ask on another one and she replied, gesturing to the fixtures, (verbatim) this side

Went here Sept 2020 with an appointment to select lighting.After selecting what we needed we then waited 3 weeks for a quotation which they never gave out. Even after numerous emails and phone calls.Went to an alternative supplier and spent our $3000 dollars there.Definitely poor customer survive
