The staff here is amazing we were like right on the wire at 6 pm as I didn't know time they closed but they saw us and motioned to come grab game we had on hold. They were super friendly and helpful and I appreciate how kind they were to my son.

My husband and I had great customer service there. We had a problem with a used ps4 we bought earlier in the day and we were able to exchange it for a working one (the ps4 we bought at a different location wouldn’t turn on when we got it home). The original location said we would have to wait for head office to send another one but this location said no problem bring it in and we will exchange it. The two girls were very nice and pleasant and we had no issues at all. I like it when I get good customer service!!

Me and my boyfriend have been in here a few times and the guy that's helped us every time gave me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. During the black friday sales, I decided to buy Sims 4 for the ps4 and when I went to check out, this angel of an employee told me to hang on for a second while he rummaged through boxes and cupboards to find a different copy of the Sims 4, WITH the island expansion pack, AND it was somehow 10 dollars cheaper than the original copy, with the sale. Everyone else that works here is also very upbeat and helpful, I am only recommending this particular location to the people I know from now. Keep up the fantastic work.

Went in today to purchase a few things. Did my purchases in very weird ways but the cashier Natasha was sooooo nice and patient with the way I had asked to do my transaction. She was very friendly and very funny. Definitely will go back.

One of the best customer service I have experienced. I visited around 7:45 PM October 20th, and both the guys at the shop were simply amazing. I had issue with my PS5 controller and had lost my receipt to use the warranty I had bought. Both the team members went above and beyond to help me out. Very knowledgeable about their products, process and an amazing attitude towards customer success. Keep it up guys!

Awesome group of people. Genuinely kind and took plenty of time to help me out. Shannon/Sharon (sorry if neither of those are your name!) is genuinely kind and a great person that tried to help me fix my ps5 today even though she didn’t have to. I don’t leave reviews often but I really wanted to on this occasion as these 2 people are really awesome. Thanks for everything guys!

The best GameStop that I’ve been in Ontario! The staff is amazing, very friendly and they always try to get you what you need. They have one of the best Funko Pops stock in Oakville.

I love coming to this place I've been coming here since the very beginning. I got my red edge card here al the way up to my new onyx card. I'm already treated with respect and some times the staf like to joke around which make the exprience for me a lot of fun. I would deffinatly suggest that you come to this location cause the service here is amazing.
