As somebody who enjoys a frozen treat as much as the next person, I found my last few trips to be upsetting. Ordering their New advertised Ring-Fry basket with chicken strips they told me not only is their sign doesn't say that, and that is isnt something they offer and id have to pay more. When i politely asked them at the window to change their signage to not mislead other customers they shut the window on my and wouldn't open it again. They did not offer to honor the price and they weren't willing to help me find something else. (we were the only customers in the driveway and there were no customers in the store that we could see). Id be ashamed to treat anybody like that in my store. Let alone a small local home town meet up joint. just upsetting.

This is easily one of the best DQ locations I've visited. Clean restaurant, happy/friendly staff, fresh/hot food, delicious treats.If I have one complaint, that kept me from a full 5 stars, it's that sometimes (truly not every time) it can be a little slow. To be clear I believe this is to no fault of the staff.I've worked a lot of restaurant and retail in the past 20 yrs and it's all structured the same these days; staff come last - minimum hours equals maximum profit. It can be hard for a good staff to keep up, at the best of times. Understaffed, your chances are cut in half again.If anything, I commend them for doing so well at everything, in spite of this modern business model.

Dairy Queen was clean, staff was friendly, and everyone followed health regulations. I had a #2 combo, which was tasty, and an ever classic peanut Buster parfait. Good stuff!

Excellent service and staff. The building is cool, but not freezing cold, which makes for a great atmosphere. I love the mustard, it's of fantastic quality. Van Gogh level artwork inspires me to improve myself in every way possible. Nikita should run the till instead of hiding in the back.

Very friendly service, the guy was so nice and complimented my dog who was poking his head out the back window. They were open and ready to take an oder even though it was close to closing time. It made a very long and tiring trip a lot more pleasant. Thank you!

Fresh and hot food. Staff working front tonight in need of training. 2 boys behind us didn't get their drinks they paid for with their meals but were to scared to speak up. I noticed so helped them out. Otherwise good experience and another 1-2 ⭐
