Waited for customer service person to arrive. He came back reeking of cigarette and I told him I wanted to buy a new phone. He told me to wait and went behind a closed door. He came out when another customer came into the store asking for a phone case. He ignored me and began helping her, so I left…. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I was at this store 2 1/2 years ago and the service was good. So I came back again to get a new phone. The sales person which is the manager was amazing. He is friendly and very helpful on explaining every detail on the phones. He made it very easy and to do ever step. Old phone to new , contracts. I have already told everyone that I have talked to about getting there new phones there. It was so comfortable that I didn’t realize how long I kept him past closing time. I will keep coming there and send everyone I know.Thank you Teddy for making getting a new phone so easy.

I am a senior and not too tech savvy but whenever I have a problem it's TEDDY to the rescue! He is patient, kind, doesn't rush you, explains things thoroughly and just the most pleasant person to deal with. Thank you so very much for all your help....it's more than appreciated.
