We hired them to mow our lawn a summer ago. Cashed our payment, never showed up despite our numerous calls and refuse to pay us back . Horrible service. $650 down the drain they should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't hire for snow removal services.While the snow removal team (2 men) was slowly removing snow in the middle aisle, i cleared the front porch and half the driveway so they could do the rest.As i was patiently waiting for them to do their job, my car running 7 meters away from them, the front facing baseball cap wearing neckbeard" was casually on his phone for 5 minutes and then just left.Unprofessional is lightly put."

Ne répond pas au téléphone quand j'appelleNe déneige qu'une petite partie de mon entrée et a laissé environ 30cm de neige partout (au point tel que je dois pelleter mon entrée entière pour pouvoir me stationner)À endommagé le véhicule de mon voisin.Plus jamais je ne reprendrai ce deneigeur

Since 3 years, the grass is cut to short, the grass come yellow, andmany border has been damaged because of the weed eater and they have not mention about they did. For the snow its almost worst, I have 3 drive way contracted with Rive-Nord and they come to remove the snow if it has 3-4 inches maximum. More than that I have to wait until noon since the other side of the street, my neighbour are cleaned by Rive-nord. Like I said, since 3 years they are not giving the same service then at the beginning.

Dommage qu'ont ne puisse pas mettre aucune étoiles. Travail vite fait et mal fait, peux importe vos activités de votre journée, vous devez sortir vos véhicules selon leurs horaires sinon trop tard ils ne passent pas, ça c'est bien entendu si ils passent. Et maintenant que le dernier chèque a été encaissé c'est pire. Un conseil dite le à vos voisins et prenez un autre entrepreneur

Très très déçue ! Jusqu'à présent, ils sont venus 4 fois couper le gazon (on est rendu le 10 août). Ça fait cher la fois. Ils n'honorent pas leur contrat qui dit 1 fois par semaine. On appelle et on a aucun retour d'appel. Lorsqu'on est présent à la maison et qu'ils y sont, on doit leur dire quoi faire.

Ne respecte pas leurs engagements, ils sont passé une fois après plusieurs rappels depuisle débutde la saison d'été...Même quand ils ont déjà empoché la moitié du paiement pour la seson .Vraiment exécrable comme service.

Selon moi aucune étoile, j’ai payé la première partie, ils sont passés une fois, et le travail a été bâclé, méfiez-vous. Service à la clientèle plus que nul, aucun retour d’appel et aucune réponse par courriel. Très malhonnête.
