Easy online preordering. Excellent location right by the gondola. Good equipmen choices. Reasonable prices. Only minor complaint was the helmets, boots were in one location (store) and the skiis at another.

We made a reservation online for snow jacket and pants rental and still had to wait in line only to learn that they ran out. Took us more than half an hour only to get refunded. They really need better systems and organization

The attendants were super nice and accommodating. We had first time skiers in our party. The staff took time to fit every one with gear even though we had a difficult to size person. They took their time and got everything just right.We rented equipment for 3 days and each time they were patient.The equipment was in better condition than I expected. They have everything you need onsight. They even provided a pair of gloves for a member in our party that forgot his in the room.Lessons and get pricey but we're worth it. Kids were speeding down the bunny slope in no time.

Organisation is standard, ski were good, but boots were terrible. They were way to wide and I had no grip in the ski. I told them that, but I was made clear that was the narrowest boot they had. Haven't had such bad rental boots in a while. Disappointing!

Customer service is not too bad they were friendly but they gave me boots that were 1.5 sizes smaller than what I should have worn. Even after I tried to go get larger replacement boots, the guy insisted that the boots were the right size. They were extremely uncomfortable, and after two full days of skiing in those boots, my feet were really sore for 3 days from being compressed in them.

Sold my equipment recently and had to head back into rental territory (cringe) - well surprise surprise, great staff, fully automated set up, half decent equipment, book advance online ..it's cheaper. I have access to grade nine French so was a little worried about communicating - no problem here, most speak excellent English and will work through every little detail with you. Great experience here and on the entire resort - we love Quebec and the people))) super 2 day trip .

Saw the low ratings at this place and wanted to make sure everyone knows this is a 5 star operation. Everything is perfectly organized. Everyone smiling and welcoming. Equipment was great. Free shoe check service. Arrows pointing where to go and where to drop things. I was one person waiting in line and manager came out to process me so that I don’t wait. Boots technician helped me to put my boots on. 5 star service. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Extremely upset. I went for one run on the mountain and got injured because of extremely poor icy conditions and lack of snow. I had paid for full rentals and a full day lift ticket. I went back to see if I could get a partial refund and not only did they not give me anything but they were also extremely rude and not helpful in getting me first aid service. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend.

Bought lift tickets in advance and shop offers two lines (advance or same day). One would think the advance ticket line would move fast but not here. The same day line has 4-7 clerks working so line moves fast, the advance purchase line had one person working who in union material. Wasted 45 minutes waiting for her to help the 3 customers in front of me - probably my bad luck but did not contribute to a positive experience.
