Great experience start to finish. The trailer was exactly as described without any surprises. Long story short. I Bought trailer and 6 months later it was stolen. Thanks to Alan answering his phone on a Sunday afternoon and taking the time to help, I was able to recover it and bring it home. Can’t thank you enough.

I have been looking online for a trailer for a while. Came across GRTS and was impressed with the looks of their trailers and prices. Sent a message in the evening and Allen responded the next morning answering all my questions. We spoke on phone and due to his excellent customer service, bought a 6x10. The purchase was so painless- I picked up my trailer today. Allen was there to hook me up. He hooked it up to my hitch and he even greased the bearings more when I said I was taking it on a long haul. Thanks Allen for you exceptional customer service. The trailer looks great and it will be put to the test.
