Horrible experience, tried to lie about my motorcycle so that could pay me less on a exchange after they agreed on a price, terrible communication, poor service, will never step foot in this place again..

Big dealership. Motorcycle sales and kit sales. Good selection of riding gear, no junk, good quality products. Pleasant experience

Deceiving delays. They repeatingly make promises they don't keep. What will have amounted to changing a battery will have taken two weeks. They still charge top prices. With the previous owner, the service department used to be open on Saturdays. Now with a labour shortage"

Been a client for 30Years. Own a BMW bought there new a few years ago, which I have serviced yearly at the dealer, and I buy all my gear and parts from them as well.Odile M sold me my last bike, and seeing her at the store the other day she offers me to buy a bike their client is selling that they refused to buy due to the asking price he wanted. He was waiting for a buyer to buy his new 1250GSA. Odile, knowing I was looking to upgrade offered it to me. I called the guy, and agreed to buy his bike for the price he wanted, Odile was aware that the deal was made and confirmed it. I asked to trade my bike in, they offered me a price, I agreed. With the deal being done I began to prepare for the new bike, selling things I would no longer need, buying parts for the new bike, cancelling parts I had ordered at a 20% loss (restocking fee) etcOdile then decides she wants me to do the upcoming maintenance on the bike I’m trading in at 945$. I don’t believe this is right, but am so far in I agree.Then I get a text from her saying finally they decided to buy his bike. Totally shocked, I try to get ahold of her for 5 days to no avail, even calling Stephen D the “manager” who has never called me back.When I finally reach her, she tells me I can still have the bike, but now they will sell it to me for thousands more!I have never been so insulted and mistreated in a professional transaction in my life.A disgusting way to treat a lifetime client, or any human for that matter. Shame on you.

Great experience. Walked in and was greeted right away. I went to the service and was served with all the information I needed and some additional suggestions. Really friendly and helpful. A Much appreciated breath of fresh air from a dealer glad I got my bmw.

Attempted to responded to the dealerships ad for a BMW S10000RR. Sent 2 emails, called 3 times daily for over 3 days; no answer, no replies. I do not speak french, and had to select option 9 for English. After giving up, I had a friend call on my behalf; who was French speaking. His call was answered right away on the very 1st call; only to be advised the bike had been sold. They were kind enough to offer him a 2023 model. Please don't convey your ad in English; if you have no interest of assisting English speaking clients!

Had mi fatbob in for tuneup and general check. The team did an excellent job of the tune up and fixed other issues which were real potential problems. Kept me appraised the entire time and made extra efforts to get me out before closing. Overall very satisfied and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend. My mechanic was Pascal and was extremely competent. Kiddos to Chloe at the desk too. Very pleasant and professional.

Very poor service. I walked in and was completly ignored , no greetings, no nothing even though I spent 30 minutes looking at expensive motorcycle pants. Plenty of personnel behind the counter, all looking at their phones or surfing the internet. Very impressive.
