Kildonan Crossing Dental Centre

I only booked the appointment for my 4 yr old granddaughter, her mom took her to the actual appointment and they both had nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming! (I also found the receptionist I spoke to extremely helpful & friendly) My daughter was a bit worried how her little one would be since it was her 1st visit to the dentist, but she said DR. GRAY was SO friendly and really made them both feel so comfortable. My granddaughter was so excited about her experience she couldn’t wait to get home to floss & brush her teeth!! (3x that night!) How wonderful for this child (& mom!) to have had such a positive 1st appointment!! It’s the start of a beautiful relationship!! We all highly recommend Kildonan Crossing Dental Centre!

I called in today to ask if Kildonan Crossing Dental Centre was accepting new patients. The receptionist kindly let me know that they were, the next available appointment would be in April. She proceeded to take my information, and asked what kind of coverage I might be using to pay, upon learning that I have a treaty/status card she quickly let me know that they weren’t accepting any ‘new’ patients. Or those who have a status card?… I felt. Just two seconds ago they were ready to take me as a new patient? So then I was referred to another dentist. Confused by what had just happened, I kindly asked for an explanation… to which she gave me and it made zero sense! I was told that only under emergency I could book with them, otherwise they offered me a number to another dentist. She brought up how the dentist who I was previously about to book an appointment with was in the business for over 30 years? It just seemed like there was no real reason aside from what looks and feels like discrimination.

I was seen so quickly...same day that I called.Instant connection with Diane and Dr. Audrey.Not liking what has to be done but they put me at ease and I am feeling confident in the procedure.My dental home for sure! Best experience ever!

My first time back to the dentist as it had been many years, and was overall a great experience! Everyone working there is incredibly friendly and inviting, and the doctor is very concise and clear while speaking to you, as well as thorough during examination. Overall, will be back regularly for my cleanings, and looking forward to some orthodontic work from them in the future!

Appreciate the warm, friendly staff and that they are ON TIME. I switched our family from a dentist that regularly kept us waiting for over an hour as they ran behind schedule. This was when I had toddlers to entertain in the waiting room. The kids aren’t toddlers anymore and we’ve been happy clients at Kildonan Crossing Dental Clinic for nearly 15 years!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bruce for over 24+ years. I have recommended his practice to many people over the years and have heard nothing but positive feedback consistently. He is a pain-free professional that I have no hesitation trusting with all of my oral health, including that of my young adult children. They had their first dental exams as toddlers and have felt comfortable continuing their stress free visits semi annually, even now into their twenties. His staff is bar none; friendly, understanding and compassionate. Special shout out to Monica and Nicole! Five stars without hesitation!

I have been coming here for many years and can't say enough great things about the level of service and care I get. Staff is second to none and always takes my issues and anxiety into account when dealing with me...I'm probably not the easiest patient but I'm never made to feel like I'm being difficult. That is priceless to me.

I moved to this location for Dr Darryl Iwaskiw. She was my dentist at Cancer Care. Trust her more than my previous life long dentist as I lost trust. I have cancer of the head and neck-started on the roof of my mouth. My son moved over to her as well. Amazing Dentist and always amazing dental hygienists, assistants! They are experts in their knowledge. Most comforting and trustworthy. My son, 21 who is deaf, has trust in them. I have complications from cancer surgery, yet I’m offered top quality care. I leave there confident in my care. Recommended 100%!

Always a comfortable, relaxing experience. Always on time with their appts. Teeth always feel good upon leaving. Have been going to Dr. Bruce for 30+ years for a lot of good reasons.

The office staff are friendly, welcoming and quite helpful. It is difficult for me to choose a new dentist (bad childhood experience). I appreciate Dr. Bohunicky’s straightforwardness. I am glad I chose Kildonan Crossing & Dr. Bohunicky as my new dentist.
