Scam!! I got an email reminder but no one ever called. I tried to call their line it just puts you on a hold and then sends you to voicemail. No one ever shows up save your time!

An excellent service that I have used for 3 years. My meeting with my doctor is always scheduled a month before my prescription expires. I have never had an issue with this company and am grateful that they provide patients with doctors that are willing to prescribe medical marijuana.

CREDIT IS DUE WHEN CREDIT IS DUE, AND CREDIT IS DUEMMS took 100% ownership of the situation and made it ok!!Sometimes one feels like their complaints fall on def ears and other times a company takes you seriously, takes the complaint seriously and then makes it ok. MMS is that kind of people.As all keyboard warriors do when we are mad it is easy to go out and write a bad review. That's the easy part. Here's me admitting I may have been quick to judge, because just over 24hrs later everything is ok again.The situation didn't start off well yesterday but my comments were heard and today I was contacted by a very kind gentleman named Robert. He was in a completely different time zone and still took the time to call me personally!!! MMS is Robert's baby and it did not sit well with him that I had a negative experience. He assured me the situation would be dealt with. He and his team honored the fact that it was never communicated to me that there was a fee involved, and they waved the fee. He also assured me that he and his team would do EVERYTHING THEY COULD to make sure that my script gets here in time for me to get my ACMPR renewed before my old one expires. I would literally cry if I had to lose the genetics I've hunted down over the past year.Confidence is 150% restored in these people. I actually looking forward to never having to work with another company for my ACMPR and always dealing with Robert and his team.Thank you for turning around a very stress inducing situation!

i was pleasantly surprised at how easy the appointment went with my consultant Stacy. The prescription was sent the same day and I am so grateful for their knowledge and compassion. Thankyou so much.

HORRIBLE! Not only can they not get my Rx faxed properly but when called FOUR times...no anwswer. Booked anothe consult...and they didn't call me. BEYOND FRUSTRATED. Take your business elsewhere!
