Phones are NEVER answered.

We were referred by our family doctor to a pediatrician at this location. When I called back after couple of days to get an update, I was told the referral is REJECTED". Reason being our address with the family doctor was of a different city (we moved to Guelph from there a year ago). This was extremely disappointing

I am not satisfied with this office at all. I have called and followed up via email and do not get any answers for my child's condition. The office rarely answers the phone and still waiting on a Neurologist referral that was supposed to be sent 6 weeks ago. I do not recommend.

My baby wasnt gaining weight. This ped had all these hypothesis that landed my baby in an intensive series of invasive and frequent testing. So traumatic for both of us.Turns out that the only issue with my baby was that my milk supply was low due to my baby needing a tongue tie cut. I am not being dramatic when i say that my baby almost starved to death, right in fron of this ped's eyes, because this ped refused to let go of her incorrect hypothesis. Even after I discovered the issues, this ped still fear mongered me and told me justvwatch

We met Dr. Hughes today for the first time and she was awesome. Very sweet and knowledgeable. We had previously dealt with Dr. Khatri (sp?) when our daughter was admitted to GGH in the fall. Overall very friendly staff and Dr. Hughes really took her time to go over every one of my concerns. I would highly recommend.
