Called the store and asked if they were open on Saturday. I was there were open as was the entire mall. Drove to the mall. Found the mall closed. Please look up the definition of open and closed. Thanks for wasting my time.

A young, fashionable, medditeranian/middle eastern (?) man helped me find exactly what I needed. Fantastic service. An older muscular fellow was also very friendly and professional when helping me cash out.

I have told my wife NOT TO SHOP AT JACK JONES STORES. Any store that doesn't accept CASH forcing you use Debit or Credit Cards does not have my support or business. Ever heard of Government Control over Society? Cash is still legal to use in Canada I will not bend to your Control. You have lost my business I will go else ware where my CASH IS HAPPILY ACCEPTED. I went shopping with my boyfriend on Oct 26th at around 7pm. The young man was extremely helpful, attentive, and personable. While cashing out we had a great convo with him and his coworker. We had a pleasant shopping experience. We will definitely go back.

Personally , like the style that’s why I go there. If it was for the staff, I would never go. They’re always so busy talking to each other, they can’t be bothered helping customers. You can be right next to them looking for a size, they’ll look at you and , then continue talking.
