Canada Post

This location close at 7pm and I came at 6:13pm tonight. This clerk provided no customer service at all. She told me to come earlier next time to send parcels. Yes, I have 13 small parcels to send to my coworkers due to lockdown. However, I didn't come 5 mins before closing time and also I did apologize to her.She even dropped my parcels to the storage bin. I didn't ask her name, just feel what she acts is definitely not fair to me, as a customer!

Very bad experience. EXTREMELY RUDE clerk. I believe her name is Jean. CANADA POST OFFICIALS can check CCTV for 10/07/2020 6:57 - 7:01pm and find for themselves, how easily JEAN is failing them. Why would any clerk want to close before an official time. At least follow the company policy. She also made some people in front of me return and told them the location was closed for the day. Also, she printed her 'closing logs' at sharp 7pm, that was 2-3 mins after having a lengthy discussion with me and telling me that they were closed for the day. THE COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK THE CCTV FOOTAGE TO FIND TRUTH IN MY CLAIMS. I really needed to pick up an item today, that she the clerk refused to deliver to me. It was a birthday present for someone. Only if some people knew how important it was to be empathetic at customer facing jobs. I cant help but also think of all other people that were returned before me (I saw 2 being turned away in front of me).I understand, everyone wants to go home early at night, but then at least finish your complete shift for heaven's sake and do not try to close down before time. The lady who works here who is also a MoneyGram worker is EXTREMELY disrespectful and needs to learn to behave herself. She should take a nice look at all the reviews customers have left about her on Google and instead of her getting mad at us for complaining about her she should INSTEAD have the decency to acknowledge her own wrongdoing and change her attitude.

Great, friendly and very helpful staff. I drive out of my way to go to this post office. There is a lady there by the name of Queenie; not sure about the spelling; she is specially very helpful and knowledgeable.

We are running online business, so we need to ship out some packages everyday. Last time I dropped 5 packages to this store, and was refused by the store manager. She said our company account has problem, and cannot process the shipping. Then I took all packages to another CP store, everything was good and no any problem with our account. On the second day, I went to this store again, another clerk there. She processed the shipment for me, and found no any issue with our account. I don't know why they hire an unprofessional manager there. she doesn't even know how to use the system. Also her attitude is bad, everytime she see me come with the package more than 1 pc, awful expression on her face. Lazy and unprofessional manager.

Absolutely THE worst service by Queenie!! Had to drop off 5 packages - no help whatsoever with any items. It wasn't busy at all - not a single person in line until several minutes after. She finally tells me the receipt label has to be placed on it and throws a bunch in my direction. I do it all and then tell her I'm good to go to which she tells me my label holders have to be pasted on differently in the rudest tone. She then asks if the extras are garbage to which I respond no they are unused so they wouldn't be garbage. Honestly, if I can package and ship myself, why exactly do we need a clerk at this location at all?!? To top it all off, as I was leaving she laughs with the customer behind me - because I had five packages to ship? Silly me, I thought that was the purpose of a Canada Post! Soo disrespectful - avoid at all costs!

Stay far away from this location. Jean provides the WORST customer service. When I first got there, she was playing on her phone and made me wait a few minutes before acknowledging me. Even gave me a few eye rolls. She is super unhelpful and unfriendly. She seemed like she hated her job.

If there is a zero star I can choose, I will choose, the worst of any services in my life in Canada, and feel so shamed to see this kind of post services around the neighborhood. So arrogant and feel herself like high above all customers and very rude to speak anything, Just wonder why she still works there and not was fired. Feel so sorry for Canada Post

Took my package and directly throw it on the floor. That Filipino women really needs to learn some manners — Let alone treats customer property like some kind of junk. What a disgraceful low life!

Not surprised reading the reviews here.I usually avoid leaving a bad review after one visit incase the employee(s) were having a bad day.I've been to this location several times now and it's always the same experience.The clerk (Jean) is just plain rude. One visit I was told to just leave the return item on the shelf and I could go. I told her I'd like a receipt because it's an expensive item. I was refused a receipt.The next visit the clerk wasn't at the desk and was instead working on items on the cart. I asked if I could just leave the item and go to which she exclaimed NO!"
