Room #30 had an odor so bad was hard to spend any time in the room. Very dated and needed a deep cleaning. Don't expect the advertised free breakfast... it does not exist. The only good thing about this place is that it is walking distance to the downtown area.

Earwigs running on the floor which wasn't exactly clean. Front sidewalk hasn't been cleaned in years. Windows scummy.....if you don't wash your own cup extra charge of $20. No handsoap in bathroom.Why did I pay almost $200. for an old dusty waterstained room?

It was ok , we were loooking for a budget friendly hotel while going toj banff. For a night it’s kind of ok .There is tea coffee counter with cups , but no glasses to drink water / no spoons also.Thak they could have given ,Other than that it’s a ok hotel in a residential area in Revelstoke

Our room was spotless. Staff very friendly. Nice to have breakfast included in room rate. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we were in the area.

We stayed here for one night on our way through town.Pros:- friendly staff.- rooms are spacious, beds comfortable.- fridge, microwave, and TV in the rooms.- includes continental breakfast.- rooms were clean, lots of towels and pillows.- lots of room to put a pack and play for kids.- quiet at night.Cons:- we used the AC and we all woke up with plugged noses. We think the AC was pushing a lot of dust into the room.- outdoor chairs were pretty dirty/weathered.Breakfast:- breakfast was simple but had good variety and included: pastries, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, make your own waffle station.- both indoor and outdoor space to enjoy breakfast.

The rooms are huge! (Experience from RM 56 and other reviewers) a dining room, a living room and a kitchen. Bugs. EVERYWHERE.
