Community Birth Program - Surrey Midwives

I have used their services since 2016, for 3 of my kids. The team is knowledgeable, kind and respectful of your wishes. I love that they provide support not only during pregnancy, but also post partum, with breastfeeding, check on the baby! I love this place and will use it for every of my next pregnancies

Had a great experience with community birth program throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Had the pleasure of working with Inna, Nargess, and Allison during my labour. Although a long 3 day process for me, the baby arrived safe and sound under the care of these ladies. Would recommend to others in the community. And would choose CBP again for my 2nd baby. Thanks to everyone who helped along the way!

Very thankful for CBP for the care I received during my pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Special thanks to midwife Nushin & student midwife Amanda for delivering my baby boy, and midwife Andrea for the homevisits after that.

Me and my baby were well taken care of by all the staff at CBP, special thanks to Nushin and Jane. Midwives also visited us at home 2 times after my hospital discharge.All pregnant ladies should know and use services of midwives; such a great support in the time we need it most. ❤️❤️❤️Thank you again for taking care of us. Back in 2016 I came into this office and was hoping for a great experience. 1 month before having my son I came in for a regular checkin.One of the woman put so much pressure on my lower tummy I started to cramp!!She said oh you will be fine.. I had this on going pain for awhile, kept saying things looked normal.I was rushed to surrey and one of the midwife’s on call said your not in labour.. half hour later I get checked, I was 2cm… was given a shot for my sons lungs and sent to woman’s. I then spent 3 days there.Not even a day after coming home I had this Constant pain like I was constipated, my bestfriend rushed me back to surrey, same midwife ignored my crying from the pain and I waited half hour in the lobby before being taken into the back room to finally be checked!!The nurse was trying to put an IV line in and the midwife started to check.. my sons head was coming out… almost had him in the hall way!My son was born Dec 19 2016 at 27 weeks and only weighed 2.5lbs. He spent 82 days in the NICU and now suffers from cerebral palsy because he was born so early!!!I would never recommend this office to anyone

Wonderful experience, loved all the support and education. Would definitely recommend, and would use them again for future pregnancies.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this clinic!! I had my first baby back in April and will definitely be going back when it’s time for a second. I mainly saw Inna and she is amazing at what she does!! The receptionists were always so kind and helpful and the other 3 midwives I saw during my labor/postpartum were just as amazing. I did not utilize the group sessions due to covid but would definitely consider it next time. But I am so incredibly grateful for everyone we worked with through the clinic and will be highly recommending this clinic to friends and family.

My wife was admitted to the hospital at 18 weeks due to her water breaking. No follow ups or calls seeing if she is ok or anything. They didn't even come to the hospital. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also we had to keep calling them to get results on the ultrasound, no follow ups.

My wife and I are incredibly grateful that we worked with Community Birth Program for the birth of our first child in 2020. The midwives, doulas, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The support that they provide is professional, evidence-based, and empowering. I would highly recommend them to my own friends and family.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I’ll leave it at that. I’ll be going the physician route next time - 100%. I did not feel safe. The education portion of this group was excellent though. The labour and delivery and then follow up was not.
