Stopped by today at 3 pm. Hours on wednesday state 12-6 pm, lights are on, doors locked...nobody answers.

ConsPlace is newly built but already falling apart. We got a good deal because we were early but looking at the current prices steer clear. Management companies have switched within months of opening and facilities are opening at a snail's pace or not at all.ProsGyms okay and the concierges are helpful.

Worst condo ever. AC and heating doesn’t work. Smoke from weed /cigarettes from neighbour’s dwells into the apartment from the AC vent. Worst management service, even after raising multiple complaints, either they close the ticket without resolving the issue or there is no response.

We have many clients that have bought in this condo.We are also working on selling a unit here.We love the amenities here, there’s a big co-working space here and there’s an outdoor pool that I can’t wait to try out next year in the summer.Prices at the moment for a 3 bedroom is around $1.2 million.

Location is great. Poor management. We are living here atm but will be looking somewhere else soon. AC has not worked since day one and it gets upto 28-30 degrees inside on warm days. Tech comes to have a look at it and says it will work now but again it never does. I don't even call them to report it anymore. Can't wait to move out. Completely hopeless. Stay away.
