Neat Uniforms

I'm really disappointed in the way I was spoken today when I called neat uniforms for help. I bought items that were consider clearance. On my online receipt it did not indicate that I could not exchange them for sizes. I understand that it was their policy to not accept clearance items after the fact. I found the wording misleading as in you don't get your money back but you can still exchange items til Sept 15. It was all very confusing. As it was an honest mistake on my part for ordering the wrong sizes; I felt that more care and sympathy could've been expressed when I told them. I was not used to ordering sizes for my child online and made a mistake. I was asking for help and further assistance to correct this. Unfortunately, I did not received it. The manager kept making excuses on how she could not help me on her end. She basically told me to figure it out myself. The tone of voice from the manager was very condescending and rude. I felt belittled when she told me how I couldn't understand the sizing on the website. It is quite overwhelming to be honest. I am a very visual person and there was not much to help with visual reference. I feel disappointed that I have to buy uniforms here for my children. I wished I didn't have to give my business to them. I feel more customer and empathy training for staff is needed. I'm still in shocked by the way I was spoken to. I'm not going to be a one time customer; I would need to buy uniforms for them for years to come. Wouldn't they want to provide the extra effort to give and continue customer satisfaction? I feel compelled to post my experience online to prepare future customers. I wished I could rate them zero stars.

I placed an order in Sept for my daughter. I received all items except 1. Since then I’ve tried emailing (twice), calling daily to no answer and then leaving a message with no return. It’s been three months. At this rate, by the time I receive the item she will be outgrown it. I am becoming increasingly frustrated and will vent my frustrations to our school to see what are our choices moving forward.

It’s a very expensive store for school uniforms a set of sports uniform cost around $75 for a grade 1 kid ,as they is no competition around I think they are ripping of the customers who are instructed by the private schools to purchase from them only even the quality of some of the clothing is of poor it starts loosing the colour in six months I hope they have a reasonable price on the clothing for kids or they will end up like some of the top brand stores who are closing their stores here in BCLooking for an alternative store in BC or on line purchase

Staff member named Pav has great customer service. She was extremely helpful on the phone and in store- very patient, efficient, pleasant to talk to, and helped me find exactly what I needed and was happy to cater to me to find me the best priced item as my son only has a few weeks left in his school to wear uniform. I left a very satisfied customer because she took the time to find what was best for me. Thank you, Pav. You made my day! :)

Very disappointed from there service. I ordered uniform nearly 2 months ago still no update. Worst part is they don’t even pick up the phone.

It is impossible to get in touch with anyone via phone or email. I placed an order a while ago for my kids school clothes. Nothing has shipped and there has been no follow-up. When will my items be sent? If items are back-ordered we should be informed ahead of time.

POSITIVE UPDATE: You can see my original review below. I went to the store last week and the assistant manager recognized me from this google review. She was in an office and still noticed. Impressive. She came out and apologized for the previous experience I had. Apparently some of the struggles with calling the actual store are being cleared up. I really appreciate Pav coming to talk with me. They also had the items I needed in stock, which made me happy. =)-------------------------------------------------------------------Nope. If you purchase things here you don't really have a choice. The school requires it. If there were a choice I would be going somewhere else. Sizes are not consistent. Prices are high for what you get. Only one store and it is far from me. Shipping is very slow. Items are often on back order. I am waiting for a pair of pants for my son that I ordered weeks ago. They can't tell me when it will be shipped. You cannot call the actual store, just customer service. Customer service seems to have no more information than what I can find online. They cannot tell me what is in stock at the store. I will drive to the store this week with no idea whether I am wasting two hours or not.Update. If I could downgrade my review below one star I would. I spoke with customer service 2 days ago who told me to come into the store. As of yesterday it said online they would be open today. This morning their website says they've closed for the entire Thanksgiving weekend. You supply uniforms to students. During the week you are only open during hours they're in school. If you close on Saturdays and pro d days then when can I bring my kids in to try things on?

Impossible to reach the store by phone to check on availability of items. All calls routed to a call center that runs on EST making contact further difficult.

Olena was very helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to pick out all the different aspects of our daughter’s school uniform. She’s a real credit to this establishment. Many thanks

Came here during school discount week and my appointment was with Danielle, whom was friendly, SUPER helpful and did everything with a smile and with so much patience despite me asking for different sizes every minute lol. Danielle kept retrieving sizes and didn’t make me feel like I was hassle, which I really appreciated. The manager also came over and advised on uniform skirt length and other sizing questions which helped me immensely. Highly recommended uniform shop (they also have an online store). Lastly the parking in front only has a few super tight spots that I found it hard to squeeze into but my parking skills also aren’t that great so you might have a better time than I did ;P
