When visiting Port Alberni Kismet Quilting is always a definite place to shop at. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the fabric selection always has me purchasing more than anticipated. Shopping on line is so easy and the customer service is awesome. Great job Kismet Quilting!

Such a wonderful shop! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are a wealth of knowledge and offer recommendations, tips and tricks if you need them! Welcoming of all skill levels!Their selection of fabrics has something for any kind of project you could be working on (I myself cannot get enough of their selection of batiks!).They have helped me choose the best fabric for my projects and have given me great advice and inspiration for future ones. A trip to Port Alberni is not complete without a stop by Kismet!

I absolutely love going in this beautiful little quilt shop! The owners are the most helpful people I have come across, they will help you select colours etc, will order for you what you need and with my experience it comes very quickly.The quilting is the best and it is super reasonable so anyone can afford to have them do this for you!Lovely place to go browse or shop!

Cannot say enough great things about Kismet Quilts, the quality and selection of products, their friendly and knowledgeable staff that provide exceptional service and their incredibly talented long arm quilter!!! Just picked up 8 quilts that I had them do…left the choice of patterns to her with a few tidbits about who each quilt was going to, and she absolutely nailed each quilt with the perfect choice of pattern and expertly and flawlessly executed! Definitely one of my most favourite stops for all my quilting needs!

It is always a pleasure wondering into the shop. The staff are always helpful and the fabric selection is great. They always seem to have what I am looking for. There is always new quilts hanging on the walls and in the windows for inspiration! I commend them for dealing with the pandemic in such a positive way and they made it convenient to shop during this most difficult time for retailers.

I love Kismet. Bruce and Lynn are friendly and helpful. Although it's not a large shop, the fabric selection is great and well displayed. Their long-arming is wonderful, and when I'm not sure what I want, Lynn is always able to guide me to the right quilting solution. She's my go-to when I want a quilt long-armed. Also, their newsletter is guaranteed to put a smile on my face.
