Farside Inn Pub and Eatery
I'm staying at the Fairmont resort and wanted to eat somewhere different tonight. I got a burger and fries. Both were tasty. Be forewarned, they no longer have the elk burger.

Farside Inn Pub and Eatery
Changed my initial review from 5 star to 1 star. We have been ordering fish and chips from farside Inn for the last couple years. Sometime in the last year something has changed and they have been soggy and inedible as well as more expensive. The last ones were so bad that we ended up driving back 15 mins and returning them. The owner then proceeded to tell us that our tastebuds had changed....

The first impression is that the place has decor that is sparse with dated furniture, which is noticeable in its large spacious seating area. But we came for the food. So after adjusting to the resort zone sticker pricing we were very please with Fireside Pizza. Tasty with a look of coming out of a fire oven. Loved it. Draft beers on tap are for minimalist who enjoys lighter non-craft. The house white did taste fine. It's a roomy clean place that offers a broad list of menu items in a bare bone, very well lite setting.

Recently stopped by for dinner here after telling some family members that I had eaten here in the past and it seemed quite decent.This time not so much. One member of our party ordered the chicken finger main dish and it showed up with two very small fingersof chicken and some fries. Certainly not with the price of $17. The rest of our meals were okay but nothing special. We had to ask to be brought any condiments. I recollect this place being better in the past

Initially the new owners were not ready and the menu and food quality suffered. However, we have recently been twice for dinner and both the menu and quality were much improved. According to my grandchildren, the Pasta Alfredo and Onion Rings are better than before. Keep on improving and you will win back your customers.

We have be long time patrons here,Since the new owners ship food quality has drastically decreased. Pork bit wasn’t cooked enough completely raw side and the pizza was supposed to be the carnivore with very little meats in it and the quality of the ingredients was terrible we end up eating one piece and throw the rest very disappointing.

We ordered fairly simple dishes and they were horribly executed. The stir fry was basically a bowl of soup with an unnecessary amount of sauce and completely lacking in the vegetables. The “beef” in the taco salad was that disgusting prepackaged meat that comes in a bag and was flavourless. Extremely disappointing meal and won’t be coming back. Also if anyone else has noticed the new owners responses to criticism are wildly unprofessional. Yikes! Stay away.

This place used to be great, we used to order frequently when coming out here!Not sure what’s happened but this order was extremely disappointing, I wish I could give zero stars. It was way overpriced and I didn’t eat any of it, a total waste!
