Recently Upgraded samsung phone at this location. wanted to make some changes in the order. every time i called they said to call customer care bcz they can’t do anything about it then visited the store and got same reply. Went to the store for first time not going here again.

I walked in to this store for express pickup for cellphone, the rep named Jagdish has zero customer service skills, he had put a pile on which apparently someone else had moved, he accused me removing and entering, when I asked him how he can accuse and speak to a customer like that , he again said the pile on are there for a reason, Extremely rude service, never walking in to this store , will be lodging a complaint with Rogers as well,
