Very abusive and money thirsty company, will highly advise to seek another vendor! Customer service is trash and extremely unprofessional very rude attitudes and policies. Not accommodating with the current pandemic and lockdown situation and taking advantage of their custumers. The worst experience in years!

If I can give no star, I will. The customer service soooo horrible…., and issue orders so slow. Our third party driver said most of his business partners said that. Hope the owner could do some improve

Be careful as they promise you very high quality and premium products, and once you open its already too late. Many of the hardwoods that we bought were defected and they refused to take them back as the box was open and that was their policy. I fell into the trap and would have made a better choice if I bought all of my materials from Home depot with similar price with way better accommodation and return policies.

The sample boards and photos online do not show how bad the variation is and quality is. The samples boards they have in stores all show really nice wood with little variation and minimal knots. I expected some variation but some of the wood boards don’t even look like they are the same type of wood. The Boxes I got were also mostly short pieces. There are some nice pieces but overall, pretty disappointed in the quality. The photos below are the origins XL standard.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! They DO NOT stand behind their product. And when their product separates and detaches they will come up with obscure reasons on why it is your problem. Excuses and reasons they try to get you to accept that are no where to be found on their packages that you were supposed to follow. So don't use this flooring if you intend to have it in your kitchen, or with properly installed baseboard, heated floors are a big no go and a humidity level in your house that is RECOMMENDED for hardwood floors to be maintained. They apparently have a specific number in mind that is not the standard.So disappointed.But judging by the other reviews I guess I shouldn't be surprised.I suggest people avoid if they don't want to get ripped off.
