Traverse Siding and Handywork

Ron at Traverse Siding stepped up and saved me from a terribly stressful situation last fall when another contractor stopped paying his employees and failed to complete my garage reno. Ron stepped in even though winter had set in, and in two days he had completed the job I'd been waiting weeks for. He provided a detailed quote, offered solid advice, sent samples of materials and colours promptly, submitted receipts without having to be asked, and was generally polite, friendly, and great to deal with. We had some fascia that was dislodging and needed to be repaired before it blew off and cause damage elsewhere. Traverse Siding was able to come out the next day and got the repair completed quickly. I was given a full explanation of what was going to be done. Pictures were taken as well so I could see where the work was done. I was made aware of a couple of other areas that should be repaired in the future. There was no pressure to get it done immediately. Excellent service and will recommend to others.
