What a wonderful find in the heart of Orillia...was in town visiting with family & discovered The Kitchen Shop. We bought espresso cups. They were damaged. We took them back to have them exchanged/replaced. We were told we would have to pay shipping, which is ridiculous for a manufacturer defect.Then when they offered to order more cups with their next order, they informed us that they wouldn't order more of this item unless these particular cups were sold (remember they're damaged). So they're openly admitting to selling blantently defective items.We just got our money back and intend to never shop here again. Be careful buying red Le Creuset espresso cups from here, as they'll be damaged. I would recommend everyone avoid this place as well.

Very nice little store that has a bit of almost everything! Nice friendly service. I miss having this type of store in St Jacobs village! It was a pleasant visit and we got a couple of things that we did not think we needed but yet we did!! Thank you!

Pushy Saleswoman, just wanted to relax and browse but felt like we were being watched for shoplifting, disagreed with us about a product that we can buy elsewhere for alot less money, became suggestively argumentative!
