I’ll give this location a fantastic review because the employees are so attentive and incredibly helpful. Other than that I can’t blame them, the long lines and the fact that they don’t except debit in 2022.Will be back for any car needs for sure. I can’t stress enough how polite and nice the staff is.

Middle of day 130pm, doors are shut. Online says open, doors have posted hrs being open. No way to call. Literally useless spot. Use to be good but over the last yr service has gone way done.

Waited for literally hours just to get the pleasure of meeting an extremely rude lady,shutting the door at 1 pm NO respect for people waiting since 11 AM.

Ridiculous hours and they are closed on Friday's. Only in QC this privatized gov services with no convenience for the working people. This place should be shut down.

Stopped by on a Tuesday morning and it wasn’t very busy, they had ~5 staff members working so small line was quickly attended to. Only reason this isn’t a five star review is the fact it’s cash and cheque only, which is a disappointing barrier to entry in the 21st century.

The staff that I met today were not only completely bilingual but also fast and inansely helpful. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Yes the lines can be long so be prepared but it's worth the wait.
