Service Auto Speedy Kirkland

Had muffler issue, came back with quote for 4500.00$ !!Claiming all kind of steering issues. Fixed only muffler parts for 900.00$$.An hour later my engine light is on and smell burning, and some type of leak? What did they do? Car was fine just 60 minutes prior.Bringing car to my mechanic, to get to the bottom of this. Not over.

If I could give more stars I would. Went in for my 9am appointment for my tire and oil change. I waited for my car and got to see for myself the quality of their work. I am sincerely impressed by the customer service this place has. They are beyond busy and yet I got to hear the receptionist take the time to apologize to each person she could not accommodate in a professional matter. I was also impressed at the care Jonathan took for my car. Very meticulous. I even saw an employee take the time to help an elderly lady with her spare tire and calm her as she was frazzled. He had no time and he took the time. The employees there are calm and confident. This business is worth encouraging. Great job to all of you.

Good service, not fast but effective, I've been storing tires with them for a few years. Winter tire appointments fill up fast but I schedule ahead with Diane and there's no problem.

Outstanding Service, Good Prices, Always Available!!!Finally found a reliable mechanic who is reasonable and honest. Went in last season.. Did not respect appointment.. made lame excuses as to reason why. Unprofessional and rude. Total disasterI had an appointment at 4. I showed up at 3 40. at 355 a lady with a toyata 4 tires on rims, who had called earlier showed up.. she asked can you still take me even tough i am late?" and you put her straight on the lift... I am guessing that was my spot she tookby 4 40 I was still waiting to be serviced.. I had a pressing appointment after my shedualed appointment with you.. ( I had alloted 90 minutes for you to do the job

Diane on the front desk is a delight. Knowledgeable staff. Nothing is inexpensive these days, but this place has always been fair and honest to me.

I called hoping to get an appointment for next week, but they told me to come in right away. In an hour I had a new muffler and tailpipe installed and they didn't try to upsell me. These guys really know their stuff and provide excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Went for a simple tire change and they tried to charge me 900$ for a bunch of repairs they deemed “essential” and took a while to give my car back after demanding it. Went to a different mechanic for the repairs they insisted I need and payed 400$ for them
