Pronto Junk Removal

They were quick, but then again I had everything at the door ready. Was initially quoted $400 for bedroom furniture. Last minute I kept the furniture and added empty boxes, an matress and hallway table instead. I asked for the price to be adjusted as there was zero heavy lifting and the refused. Like flat out refused and even tried to charged me $450. Beware

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond. They came out next day as promised. Removed all the junk quickly and also broomed up the residue (dust) leaving us a clean area which was piled up with junk. They are also way more affordable than many other removal services we were quoted from. We highly recommend Pronto Junk Removal.($226 for 1/3 load including gas to get to Milton which was a further drive for them)

I got some work done, removing My old Garage, I've been dying to do for a very long time, I've gotten many quotes over tje years and I wasn't satisfied. Until I've met Mr Angelo and his crew. What relief, they where very efficient and patient. Very friendly guys I would definitely reccomend them. Extremely satisfied with my backyard lots of open space.

Angelo and Adam arrived on time. I liked how Angelo pre-scoped the size of furniture and amount of items that needed to be moved to plan how he was going to pack the truck. Our move was in Woodbridge from house to storage unit. Both Angelo and Adam were strong with moving bulky heavy items and gentle on the house. They were very accommodating with my requests. Angelo also agreed to help deal with junk remaining at the house after the move. Pricing was very reasonable. For Covid etiquette, they were pretty good with keeping their masks on despite the super hot day. Leading up to moving day, I had contacted Pronto a few times to inquire on pricing, concerns, and availability, Angelo was patient, well mannered and helpful.

The guys at Pronto were fantastic!! Couldn't believe they emptied an entire house of 50 years of junk in just one day! Very professional and caring.Recommend to everyone.

Angelo was quick to give me an estimate that was cheaper than other disposal companies. He was able to remove an old upright piano and huge entertainment unit in a matter of minutes. Angelo and his workers were very pleasant. This is a company that deserves success.
