We enjoyed our experience investigating new possibilities for our living room.Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. Brought sample fabrics home to view.

My fiancee and I have found our first home and needed new furniture. We bought a new bedroom, dining and living room set. Hampton House Furniture has a huge selection and many of their pieces are customizable.We got help from Anson and could not be happier. He gave us a lot of time of on our own to speak, answered our questions and went above and beyond when giving us information on the products we purchased.By far the best furniture store we went to in this area.Thanks for all your help.

Extremely overpriced. bought a bedroom set there with some accessories. dresser drawers rub when it gets humid and some of the drawer rails stick on one side.The bed was disassembled for a move and has been reassembled. it is now creaky and shaky. The support posts have bent underneath from the bed sliding around on the floor no longer solid. also the finish is wearing off where the pillow rests on the headboard. Should not happen with a package that cost us almost 4k when included with a bookshelf.. Not saying this is a Hampton House's fault but this particular product was overpriced.

My wife and I were looking for a recliner and bought the one that I wanted. We were quite impressed with the variety of models on the floor in Hampton House. Fabric or leather, electric or manual, fully reclining or partial, regular, medium, or large. This was no catalogue; we could see and try the wide range until you found the right one.The staff, in this case, Amanda, was helpful and courteous, supplying information and advice. We felt no pressure, only a sincere desire to inform and assist. We thought it was a great shopping experience.

We were very impressed with the level of service we received throughout our dealing with Hampton House. It was the little things, from making us feel comfortable testing out mattresses, allowing us to borrow items to try in our home, to opening the doors to the building and assisting us in the return of those items. A special thanks to Amanda ! We found her very personable and extremely easy to deal with. Her patience and her in-depth knowledge of furniture and colour matching was very much appreciated. All that being said, Amanda was able to provide us with the furniture we were looking for at a price we considered an excellent deal. Thanks !

Our experience with Hampton house has been fantastic, exactly what you would hope for when purchasing furniture. Amanda showed great patience and answered all our questions with great insight and helped us narrow down the style we wanted from the impressive selection they have on display. They even went so far as to carry a chair upstairs and emailed me a picture of how it would look with a sofa we had in mind. After we finally decide to purchase the furniture it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time as one chair was a special order and we wanted it all at the same time. (actually arrived sooner then they expected). We did end up with a couple small issues which I won't go into detail here but Amanda and the manager delt with them exactly as you would hope a store would, graciously and promptly with no complaints at all, they were very understanding. We are very happy with our purchases and will be going back next time we are looking for furniture.Darren and Heather

I have recently moved and needed an accent chair for my new apartment. My experiences furniture shopping in the city had not been overly positive and I was not having success online. On two previous occasions, I had travelled to Hampton House and had been very pleasantly surprised with their selection and sales assistants so I decided to take the trip to New Minas. I am so happy I did - the sales staff have always been great and this time, I was fortunate enough to have Amanda Mansfield assist me and she made the whole experience fun and rewarding. She went out of her way to assist me by actually listening to my 'chatter' and then making suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I am so pleased with the selections she helped me with so not only were my furniture needs met but the whole experience was positive and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for more decorating ideas.

Went in after weeks of not finding any joy at Leon's, The Brick etc and walked away with a bunch of furniture we're excited about. Amanda was helpful, thoughtful and patient as we asked lots of questions. She also helped guide us with her knowledge of materials and deals. Great experience.
