Kidz Kove Child Care & Playcentre

How extremely happy and grateful I am to have come across this exceptional daycare centre. The staff are saint worthy, without a question of a doubt. Nurturing and caring as well as educational and engaging. My daughter loved, loved, loved Kidz Kove and all their staff. After an entire year there I was so sad to say goodbye. My daughter is beyond ready for kindergarten because of the work done by Kidz Kove. I would highly recommend this centre to any parent. This was the first time we left our daughter with anyone other than family - any and all anxieties were relieved with exceptionally quick responses and correspondence as well as great communication.They use a great app in which you are sent photo updates and other information throughout the day.I'll miss them (until we send our younger one too!)

We were at Kidz Kove for a little under a year and our biggest regret is that we didn't find this amazing daycare earlier. Our son thrived there and the daily activity app was a great piece of mind for parents. All questions/concerns were addressed in a prompt manner and we knew our son was well cared for. We highly recommend this daycare to all! A big thank you to Sharon, Ankita, Tamika and Lea (especially as our son adores you).

My son was enrolled at Kidz Kove since June 2018 until now. We have had the best experience ever as we always felt that our child was in safe hands.Never found a child care as clean and sanitized hence that made the call that we had to send our son here. Since then he always grew nurtured and loved by all his teachers.Thank you to the owners Miss Sharon and Aniesha for being so professional and loving.My son will miss all his teachers, especially Ms Polie, Suriya, Samia and all his teachers he learnt along in the last two years. We will miss you :)

I need to preempt this review by stating my kid never went here. That being said, he was accepted on the waiting list and we were ready to go, but has to withdraw due to sudden issues with the commute. The director was very understanding of our withdrawal from the program. Based on what we saw, this place is very clean, has great classrooms and the staff was friendly. We would not have had any issues with this program and would recommend.

Amazing place for my daughter Ava. We were really sad to move away from them as I had to change jobs. Would have loved to take Sharon Mrs Pam and Ms Priya with us. If we ever get a chance to enroll Ava back with them we will jump at the chance.

Before I write review about this business (yes she the director of this daycare calls it business not a daycare) be ready guys for a long paragraph from her end. It’s a pathetic school and frauds are running this daycare. I enrolled my baby in this daycare but because of some personal problems I had to come back to my home country and I asked her (Sharon) for the refund which she refused to refund. In fact, she refused to refund the security amount even though my baby attended the school just for five days. Then I complained to the child care and after that she paid just a small amount. She’s so greedy and dangerous also. She emailed me and threatened me and spoke ridiculously like I am jealous of her. I mean she’s not a professional at al and I wonder how other parents can drop their kids with her because I didn’t feel my baby was safe there. Check thoroughly before enrolling your kids in her school. Be aware parents.

My daughter love her day care, teachers and management are very caring. I am sure every parents wish to have caring and clean daycare like Kidz Kove.

Wonderful patient teachers, bully aggressive director. Director cannot help herself but be this way it seems from minor to large issues. I sincerely hope she receives the supports she needs to be able to be a professional business woman.I would still recommend sending your kids here since the teachers are great, but be prepared for being baited into unpleasant conversations over nothing by Director Sharon.

I reached out to find child care for my son Sharon herself was very pleasant and helpful. I was ready to proceed on enrolling my son however I must say, I felt my son was being discriminated at the end of our discussion. I had explained to her that my son is not up with his vaccines because after his 6 month shots he had a severe reaction and my husband and I decided not to proceed with any further vaccines. This being said EVEN after it states on the registration form that if we provide an exemption they accept that, well that wasn’t the case as she stated it is there rules that the children are up to date she also explained that other parents had explained to her that if children come in that aren’t up to date to disclose that to them and they would remove there children. However, I am pretty sure you are unable to release information like that to other parents ( seems illegal in my eyes) . Sharon overall seems very nice and seems like it is a nice centre however, I did feel VERY discriminated after hearing my son would be denied because of a reaction that terrified my husband and I and scared us with proceeding with other vaccines. Extremely sad that they have the option to not have this rule implemented and the fact that it is is abit disappointing.
