The staff are so wonderful and knowledgeable. The store has everything from upholstery to outerwear to quilt material to high density foam. I have bought outerwear and quilt material from there in the past and it has just been great stuff. This place has a little bit of everything.. im sure i missed mentioning something.

I have dealt with these people for years and have always been satisfied until now. I took my brother sewing machine that I bought used, in for service in December with a mechanical problem and the service man refused to even look at it, stated that it was 15 years old, not worth fixing and that parts would not be available. I was in shock, I paid 600. for the machine and he is telling me that it is not worth looking at.We then took it to Saskatoon sewing, it was fixed and it is a very nice machine.Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but it sure left me with a different outlook for their service dept.

My daughter, who is 16 and Asian, and I went looking for fabric and panels for baby quilts. They had so much selection it was hard to choose! The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us guidance as to where stuff was but also giving us time too look on our own. We had to wait at the door and keep our distance in the store but expected nothing less. Great job on the staff's part for keeping everyone safe and being super helpful. Definitely will keep going back.

Very much a beginner sewer here! Brought in my 30+ year old 4th-hand machine after having troubles. The technician took a look at it right away, and pointed out and fixed all the (very simple - mostly operator errors) issues within 5 minutes. They were simple issues that I didn't know about with my very limited experience. I was incredibly gracious and the machine is running beautifully. He even gave me a quick intro lesson to sewing with the different stitches, techniques and options on my machine. Will absolutely be going back with all my sewing business! Plus great prices on fabric!!

Went to take my machine to have the bobbin tension adjusted. The guy was very rude called my machine a toy and he wouldn't waste his time. Very condescending and won't being going back. I shouldn't have to spend hundreds of dollars on a simple machine to do small jobs at home.
