We absolutely love parks and barks! Our puppy chihuahua gets 2 visits per day currently and is completely thrilled to see Chris our sitter. Chris sends me updates and pictures after visits. We are so lucky to have them help care for our girl when we are working. They are always friendly, flexible and enthusiastic. Couldnt recommend this company enough!

We used Parks and Barks to look after our 80lb Lab while we were away in South Africa for 3 weeks. They followed instructions to the letter. Our dog is big and very strong but is trained very well, on and off leash!We trusted them to have him off leash at our local large wooded park which has many other dogs off leash.They handled him and any meetings with the other pets and pet owners confidently and professionally.We would use them again without any hesitation and would recommend them as well!

Parks and Barks is amazing and reliable.Chris is always willing to walk my dog Winston at a moments notice, accommodating my crazy and sporadic work schedule. The service fees are fair and more reasonably priced in comparison to other dog walkers. Highly recommend parks and barks!

i have been using Parks and Barks for the last few months, working with Tara and Macie, as they accommodate my erratic scheduling requests to attend to my dog when i am out at work for long hours. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail, and just plain love that this company's owners and staff give to the job, my dog, and their customer relationship with me. Highly appreciated in this hectic day and age, when service really does mean something, at least to me.

Parks & Barks has worked very hard to ensure our dog Jasper had the walks and visits we needed for him. They are picky about their dog-walkers, hiring reliable and dedicated folks. Very good communication; responsive and reachable. Online invoicing/payments made that side of things easy. Glad to have them here in Hamilton!

My husband and I are so impressed with Parks & Barks. Justin's experience and love for dogs came through from the moment we met him. Our beagle x Zack is so excited and heads straight for his leash when Justin comes in the door now. All the messaging with Tara has been timely, seamless and always positive. Love the doggy diaries too. It's so reassuring when you're away from home to find out what's been going on...and know that you've left it in the care of capable hands. We absolutely LOVE Parks & Barks! We have been using their services for our doggies for over a year almost daily. They are so professional, friendly, and genuinely love the dogs they take care of. We have been fortunate to work with two of their walkers Christine and McKinnah and they both are so comfortable with our dogs from day 1 and treat them like their own. Our Collie and our Dane adored Christine and we think they looked forward to seeing her more than us! We have a new Dane rescue with high anxiety that is getting very comfortable with McKinnah, it's so rewarding to see his growth. Thank you Parks & Barks for always taking care of our fur babies and giving us peace of mind that they are in perfectly capable an loving hands.

This was the first time we have gone away and left our lovely cat so of course we wanted the best care and we found it!Everything about the experience was professional and caring from our first contact with the owner to meeting McKinnah who would be taking care of our fur baby.We received a text and photo everyday which made us laugh and feel so good about our decision to use Parks and Barks.Our cat was so happy when we got home .No question we will be using these guys again next time we go away!Thanks to the wonderful team there

My older pup Piper loves her walks with Bob from Parks & Barks! He watches her closely to make sure she doesn't get into anything and always follows her routine well. He gives her a nice break in the day and all the treats in his pockets certainly don't hurt!There are many dog walking companies out there, but what makes Parks & Barks so special is their willingness to work with you to provide the best care for your dog, when you need it most. They say that it takes a village to raise a child, but the same can be said for a dog - whether your pup needs special care associated with age (young or old!), additional care and flexibility on thunder days, or your work schedule varies, you will be in great hands if Parks & Barks is part of your village!

Parks and Barks was amazing to work with. Tara was great and attentive to every detail. Linda who took care of Charlie was amazing. Her love of animals is clear and her flexibility made it easy for us to leave our dog, as we knew he was in great hands.
