Absolutely worst customer service from the service department.My husband is usually the person who takes my car for servicing etc. unfortunately he is not in the country to deal with the current issues that I am having with my vehicle. In October/2022 we took our vehicle in to Dewildt for some warranty body work. We were rushed to pick up the vehicle even though we told the service department we couldn’t make it that day before closing hours, they gave us no choice. We picked up the vehicle at night in the dark so we couldn’t see a thing. In the morning, I found my North Edition emblem thrown in my trunk. We later noticed a colour mismatch on one of the doors and figured we could address it at the next oil change with them. Just recently I had to change the washer fluid and notice that my hood is misaligned because it was very difficult to open and close. I called Dewildt and asked to speak to a manager in service and was handed off to Sarina Cosoleto. Rather than acknowledge my concern, she questioned me in a very disrespectful manner about why I hadn’t opened my hood. I sent her photos by email on February 9, 2023 of the obvious issues. Didn’t hear back so I thought to call and follow up. I was put on hold for a good 5 mins when someone returned to tell me that she wasn’t available but they managed to get a hold of her (other words, she’s there and doesn’t want to speak to me). I was told that the information was passed along to the manager who said that we have to wait until April to address anything. I questioned this and was told this person was just relaying a message and they had to wait until spring. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS WAIT! The weather is clear enough to see what is going on. I AM BEING GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND DON’T APPRECIATE IT. Why didn’t Sarina send me an email to update me? I also called back and asked to speak to someone above the service manager, was transferred back to the same guy who told me “We close in 48 mins and there isn’t anyone here who can help you. You have to call back on Tuesday”. Thanks for nothing. I have attached pictures to show how clear the issues are and could be dealt with by the body shop they used.******UPDATE******Called today and asked to speak to Service Manager, I again was transferred to Sarina. Her arrogant and condescending attitude is the exact reason I have written this review. I asked for clarification on why I had to wait until April, was told that the body shop is busy taking care of more important matters. They haven’t booked me in because the manager has to see the vehicle. I asked her when she was going to tell me that he needs to see the vehicle to set up an appointment, I was told they would need to see it in April. Unacceptable. When speaking with Sarina, I was trying to ask questions and make her understand that this issue needs to be dealt with, she proceeded to cut me off. When I told her she was cutting me off, her response was extremely rude, so I hung up.I have now been contacted by Ray, NOT MANAGER, who has told me they will not be taking care of my concerns until my review is removed and hung up. Not going to happen until my vehicle is fixed.

Just purchased a new vehicle with Anthony, I cannot even describe how incredible this dealership is! Anthony did everything in his power to make my purchase easy and smooth. His manager (I can't remember his name, sorry) called to let me know they had sped up the process for me and I would be able to pick the car up 3 days after my test drive, and 2 days after being approved. Anthony has been so friendly and helpful over the entire process. I have even bugged him about other issues and he has been so helpful and taken the time to answer all of my questions!
