I used Pro-Checked Home Inspection when I was in the process of purchasing our home in February 2019. My experience with Ken was absolutely great. Ken was professional in every aspect, very thorough and detailed not only in answering my questions but more importantly sharing his very solid expertise and insight, pointing to issues that did not come to my mind but came from his past experiences. The report that was issued after the inspection was very well documented and illustrated and I feel that it will serve as a detailed reference in my process of fixing and upgrading their older house.
