CANADIAN DIAGNOSTIC CENTRES

So I was there today they got me in immediately which was unbelievable and I appreciate them so much... now I cannot see anymore how grateful appreciative and happy about one of the staff there... her name is Sheila and this woman is absolutely incredible so friendly so welcoming so professional she deserves all the credit in the world it makes you feel like everything is going to be alright... this lady is an absolute godsend

I had a really sour taste for this place.First, I had a 8:30am appointment and I got a call at 7:00am to say it was cancelled. I understand that people get sick during flu season but it was really annoying to sit around when I took the day off work for this. You need to find contingencies so scheduled appointments can still go on when your staff are sick. I felt like I should get a cancellation payment because of your poor staff management.Second, the Radiologist was rude. He didn't provide any instructions other than (come closer to me.... dude I'm falling off the bed, can't you just move closer to me with your computer that is on wheels???) Furthermore he was sick and kept coughing while doing the examination. The guy really shouldn't be at work. (These guys are so complacent.... I somewhat wished they will one day be replaced by bots.)
