Great experience working with Brock and his team, He is extremely helpful and had excellent communication. reasonable quote and showed up quickly, we had a number of complications on our gas line / gas range installation and they were fantastic and helped us resolve everything, making sure every detail was done right, safely, and up to code.Patiently answered all my questions. He is nice and genuine person. Highly recommended, and I will definitely call again if I need more gas work in the future.

We discovered a leaking circulator pump on the weekend. After searching for options I came across Greenfield Mechanical. Brock took my call and helped me diagnosis the problem and came up with a temporary solution so as to have me avoid extra charges on the weekend. He then promptly contacted me Monday morning with a cost estimate and the problem was fixed later that morning. Great service and communication!

Brock is pretty impressive. A great listener, to understand my concerns and is willing to providing options for repair rather than replacement where safe and appropriate. On time and quick to provide pricing. I had made a list of ‘to do’s from minor tightening of sink fixtures to sump pump and water heater replacement and we already have an install date for the biggest issues first! I will provide updates as we go..but so far so great!Well…everything was completed on time, as promised and more. I realize this sounds like an exaggeration but I can’t say how much I appreciate Brock’s professionalism and efficiency in replacing my hot water tank, sump pump, humidifier and tap and faucet sets. Having a variety of smaller issues resolved as well ensures the house will continue to operate safely and comfortably. Who knew a new water tank would mean more efficient use of water..as it’s hot right away! Amazing work! Thanks again Brock

Thanks Brock and your team. I woke up to a large puddle of water by my hot water heater. I scrambled to call and ask friends for a good plummer and Brock was recommended. He was the only one who could come the same day. His prices were less than other plumbing companies and his service professional.
