I have never visited as I had never noticed it before...Well I'm glad I found it! What a great pet supply store. Besides the great selection of awesome products, the customer service is AMAZING! Staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and really make you feel comfortable and appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about this store!!! My kitten has had diarrhea since I got her and the staff (especially Nadine) at pet planet is SO KNOWLEDGABLE when it comes to helping me sort out her allergies. Honestly even more helpful than the vet. Easy returns for food she reacted to and excellent suggestions for what might work. I've never felt like this store is trying to sell me just anything but like they are actually suggesting what's in the best interest of my pet. She also gives reasoning as to WHY it's the best choice. 6/5 stars.

My wife and I have been to several pet food locations in the past couple of years, and this stores staff are both the most knowledgeable and adaptive to your needs that we have found full stop.Our pup had some issues with his diet in the beginning being on a heavy protein puppy food. Nadine recommended a couple of other brands we could look into, based on her personal experiences and feedback she has from the customers she talks too. When our pup got bored of his current food she was also able to direct us towards a slightly different food which he now also loves.We would recommend this location to any dog lover.

Most of the workers are good to deal with ...but there is one and her name is Nadine and i heard she is the Manager, she needs some people skills, she argues with the customers and puts down all vets, i feel veterinarians are very educated and this manager should keep her opinions to her self. So far I’ve spent about 700 there and will take my business to another store and i will spread the word to others to do the same. This women is arrogant, argumentative and definitely needs some customer training, and how she became a Manager is beyond me.

Have been going to this store for over 8 years. The people here are personable, helpful and animal lovers. They recognize me, my family and my dog. The products they carry are of high quality as well. If I am looking for information on options, they have them as well. Great place to get essentials for your dog for sure!

Once again I can't say enough about this store. Especially Nadine. Her knowledge of peer reviewed science and helpful attitude is evident with every interaction. This visit was a long overdue and replaces ill-fitting and decades old booties and coats. The staff set us up so our old girl will be able to enjoy winter. They never oversell and will come right out and tell you why you don't need something!
