Horrible wait times for cheap ingredients. I'm confused over $30 for 2 chicken cesar wraps which they use the discount brands lettuce, chicken, and sauce. Absolutely nothing special, even the service was below average.Don't be glazed over by the imitation quality, spend your hard earned money anywhere else.

Going to give this one 1/2 marks..Coffee was delish and well worth the price, if you are taking it out of the cafe!Service is dismal, after many attempts and enjoying this cafe, we can honestly say we have never had good customer service. The Barista's all look like they have been kicked in the shins. You get asked What do you want" accompanied by a sour glance and a grumble. And good luck if you have a question about your order!$50 + for 2 dry breakfast sandwiches

I want to love this place and support local businesses in Sherwood park but rude staff just does not cut it for me. Went out for brunch with my husband, daughter and newborn baby. It wasn’t overly busy for a Saturday morning. The food was okay, coffees were great but this was overshadowed by a very rude staff member. She’d been hovering all meal and really glaring at us. I thought it was because we had kids with us (some places are just not family friendly), and chose to just try and enjoy our meal.We’d just finished eating, and we’re getting organized to leave when the staff member came to our table a started clearing our plates and told us “you need to clean your table, I’ll do it this time but it’s not my job to do it and next time you need to take your plates to the clean up station.” I was really taken aback, as I had every intention of doing so. And her tone and attitude was downright disrespectful. She totally ruined a beautiful morning out with my family.I will not be returning, or supporting this place. And I’ll be sure to spread it far and wide that it’s not worth a visit to be treated rudely for subpar food. Go elsewhere!

We booked the private room for a surprise birthday party for my mum and wow I am so impressed! The staff were attentive and kind, the service was quick and everything was DELICIOUS! We had a big group and every single person enjoyed themselves and has said they will go back again!

Great little place to chat with friends. We went there for a mini business meeting and it was quite noisy for our purposes. Most people were speaking quietly but a group of women were quite loud, making our experience less than stellar. Not the café's fault though. The food was delicious and the service was good too. I think they might be a little overworked during busy times so please be patient and kind!

After an appointment decided to stay in Sherwood Park and visit a local Café with my book.This location has limited parking since it's in a busy Stripe mall but it's a great location. Wheelchair parking is right out front. Even with the weather being a lil cool out, customers were enjoying the outdoor patio. What a Canadian thing to do.Walked in and it felt like a neighborhood Café; inviting, local hot spot and the place to be. There's a small section with items for sale, bright display case of foods, lots of seating and a happy atmosphere.Decided on their drip coffee, asked and it's a local roaster. Staff let me taste it black first before they added the cream. Coffee to me was a bit bitter, not my favorite. Even with two cream and one sugar I wasn't a fan of the coffee but that is all on preference. Decided on a cinnamon roll with icing. Was asked if I wanted it heated up and I of course said yes. Mentioned how I brought a sandwich and asked if I could eat it inside and she politely told me no. Always best to ask and I was completely okay with their answer.The place was busy and I was going to sit at a big tall table but I lucked out as a couple was just leaving a couch. While moving my coffee I spilt a bit and a kind gentleman offered me his napkin. Thanked him, asked if he's been here before and he said for years. He loves this place and finds that he sees more and more new faces. Though he loves that more are discovering this hidden gem, he also loves that it stays a bit hidden as it gets harder and harder for find a seat. Which I can totally understand.My cinnamon roll came with a container of delicious cream cheese icing. Didn't look like a lot but trust me, being able to spread it generously myself on the cinnamon roll was a treat.I watched as people meet with friends, newborns were brought in and introduced and a group of three generations of woman; grandmother, mother and daughter gathered to have a nice brunch and catch up.I love this type of Café....where coffee and delicious food is served along side a great helping of friendships and family.Also the staff is amazing!!!

My favourite spot in the Park for coffee/lunch. I love the assortment of vintage tables and chairs - be sure to check out the table with the drawers full of random notes from strangers ❤️Great food and good prices.

Cafe Haven is an awesome little cafe! The food is amazing and well priced, as is the coffee and other drinks. The staff are super friendly and serve you quickly. They also do really neat latte art, like on the matcha tea latte. The cafe itself is cute and funky, and it has extra bonus points because there is a vault inside (I believe the building at one point was a bank)!

I have done with my Delux pedicure at Sherwood Nails beside and quick drag an ice coffee at this place the busiest coffee shop and very friendly staffs with a good relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy with the patio outside in the nice shine. This is a good recommendation place to come and tasting some coffee and breakfast at there with your friends and family.
