Worst company the owner was so rude, they were so late to the job and over charged on the quote.

Axel has a lot of knowledge about the technology of stretch ceilings. We enjoyed the visit to his showroom to see the many design opportunities available.

UPDATE (2023) -- We still love our stretch ceilings! They look just as new as the day they went in! As a matter of fact, we like them so much, we've had two more installed--one black high-gloss for our downstairs shower and a high-gloss white in our master bathroom/hallway. Both the installation and the products were first class. The team (Axel/Mirco/Callum) is always on-time and very attentive to getting everything right.Case in point: We had a frozen pipe in February--fortunately, the water went from our upstairs shower right onto the stretch ceiling downstairs. The ceiling must have had 20 gallons of water on it (around 160 lbs) and didn't break! As I was trying to drain the water through a light fixture, it finally broke -- all into the downstairs shower. I called Axel and he quickly had the replacement ordered--within two weeks the ceiling was replaced! Just a fantastic team. We now have 6 stretch ceilings ... Each of them is awesome! I still highly recommend the product and the company!-------- ORIGINAL POST:My wife and I saw a Phoenix Stretch Ceiling at a local Bath supply shop. We were intrigued and visited Axel at his business location (The Factory, Kelowna). He was very pleasant and professional showing us all the options available, to include the ceiling types and the different lighting options. We decided to have him install two ceilings ... one in a small bathroom and one to cover a skylight. Axel visited our house, looked at the proposed locations, made some very good recommendations. His quote was delivered in a timely manner and when we decided to proceed with the project, Axel and Mirco provided great service through the process. They finished both projects approximately one week before our requested deadline. We needed some electrical work done for the install and the electrician we had intended to hire was unavailable. Axel recommended an excellent electrician as an alternative (Wilson Electric) and Dylan, the electrician, also did a great job. Very professional, high quality work--and timely; a key piece for us. I highly recommend Phoenix Stretch Ceilings as a solution and as a company.--- update --- July 2020Our ceilings are still in great shape! Just a wonderful product. We recently had our skylight replaced and, during removal of the old skylight, the installation team dropped screws and small pieces onto the stretch ceiling. No damage whatsoever. We called Axel and within the next week he and his colleague came to the house and opened the ceiling and cleaned all the pieces ... at no additional cost. I still highly recommend Phoenix Stretch Ceilings. An excellent company, great people, and an outstanding product.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Very professional and the work was the ultimate in quality. We had ripped our poly-b plumbing out and our designer suggested we look at Phoenix to replace our ceilings. Very cool product. We added soundproofing and some cool lights. The crew went above and beyond and even did a ton of drywall work for us when our Reno contractor couldn’t get their act together to get it done. Phoenix is top notch!! I highly recommend them.

The stretch ceilings over the pool and church entry are impressive, met our lighting and acoustic requirements, and were installed on time and on budget. Excellent advice and collaboration from Phoenix staff.

What can I say. Being German myself, I was sold on this remarkable product right away. The biggest factor for choosing Phoenix Stretch Ceilings was the fact, that Axel and Andrea are Germans as well.I knew right away, that the renovation would be flawless. I still admire the German craftsmanship, which Axel is the best example for honesty and professionalism.Inviting friends over, after the new stretch ceilings in the kitchen, dining and living room have been installed, so I could get their feedback.Well, there has been nothing but astonishment – who knew a ceiling could look this sexy??I am very happy my home is finally completely finished, thanks to the special touch with this unique product from Germany.

My Wife and I have been updating our 35 year old home over the past three years. Three years ago Barb came home from a local tile supplier and said, We need to have a stretch ceiling in our bathroom!!!" Axel looked at the project and developed and installed a perfect ceiling. He just completed our second bathroom ceiling and it is spectacular. The stretch ceilings make the bathrooms brighter and have completely solved our humidity issues.
