Drive Test

Got my G1 written test done here. I came at 9:30 on a Friday and the wait time was only 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The service at the front counter was very friendly and the eye test was nothing more than reading a single line of numbers and saying if the line is on the right or left eye.The washrooms stank horribly and was extremely dirty! Urine all over the floor and random handwritten drawings all over the stall door. The test was on a computer and the questions are pretty much identical to the ones you can try online. I only practiced for a few hours but got 18/20 and 19/20 for the rules of the road and road signs respectively.Here comes the part that tainted my experience: the black lady in the written test examination room seemed very arrogant and rude! She seems irritated and upset with everyone for no reason at all. I’ve seen many complaints made about her on Google Maps and I’m only here to contribute - she doesn’t enjoy her job at all! She slams papers and stamps and treats everything like it is a joke and everything she says after I passed seemed like it was programmed and memorized and meant nothing to her whatsoever, as she was just trying to get all that information out and move on. After the test I mistakenly walked outside the room and she said something like “when did I tell you to go outside?” Although I passed, I wish better service could’ve been given!

I went here twice within a week and had a fairly similar experience. The first time was on Friday around 1 pm, and I think I waited around 45 minutes. The second time was on Monday at around 2 pm, and I think I waited around 75 minutes. The staff - while working in a very high-stress and intense environment - were very efficient and able to help me.It was a little unclear coming in the first time where I needed to go because there seemed to be no clear lineup. When you walk in, go to the right and grab a ticket from the machine by the window and wait for your number to be called. I was able to get a seat both times I went, but I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't always the case.

The toilet doesn't work all the time!The men's is completely closed. Dirt. Unsanitary conditions, in the washroom there is a terrible stench that cannot be sustained.I have never seen such horror in the toilet.A shame!And this is Canada!Feels like this is a 3 country washroom

You don't need an appointment to go to register for G1. I went around 11:00 am, yet it was very crowded. When you get in, you will need to get the line ticket from the machine inside the office and wait your number to be shown on the screen. I was luck to get into the line fast for the staff were very helpful and kind. I did the knowledge test, but i failed. If you want you can do it over and over till you pass, but you must pay for every time you repeat. I paid 16 $. For new comers who haven't received their PR card yet like me, passport can work (Should be valid). I recommend doing your test here. The test room is big and quiet. The employees are very fast and helpful. I passed my G1 here after 4 times of failing in other driving test centre. Where you do your test plays a very important role with your pass.

Terrible testing, took my G test here and did everything perfectly. Made one mistake which I asked clarification on. Entered a school zone and the speed changed from 50 to 40, I begin to slow down from 50 down to 40, and even more so as I approached my turn but was under 45 the entire time once I entered the school zone. Returned to the testing centre to be told I was failed for literally just that one mistake, which my examiner stated as “you did not slow down fast enough once you entered the school zone.” To which I tried appealing saying I was under 45 yet he said I would have received a ticket for speeding. The logic here is so everything perfectly in lane changes, turning, signalling, checking mirrors and blind spots etc. But one single mistake fails your entire test. Absolutely ridiculous money grab, time to go waste another $100 on this.

I was nervous after seeing all of the negative reviews. However today I had my G test and it was a great experience. I checked in quickly and easily at the kiosk inside, took my ticket and went to wait in my car. The tester was on time, and I don’t recall his name but the gentleman was very kind and patient which calmed my nerves. He gave clear instructions during the test and kept his kind demeanour throughout. I did pass the test, but he still took the time to explain ways I could improve my driving and things to focus on going forward. I went inside to pick up my temporary license and the staff were quick and friendly.

First time here, brought my mom to get her driver license renewed. Very small place, tons of people and very crowded. Staff working the counters call out your number once then the second time it's last call! Very quick I guess becuase of the amount of people there? Washrooms were pretty bad fyi. The only thing good about this place is that they take walk ins and you don't need to book an appointment to getypur G1 but I also did hear them turn away several people because they said they were fully booked foe the day and to try at midnight to get an appointment (I guess that's for services that require an appointment? ). Anyways, I hope I never have to return here for any sort of driver license items. I'm not sure about recommending this place as there are not too many options available depending on what type of service you require so this place may be your only option.

I took my brother to get his G1 test.After standing and waiting outside for more than an hour, when we were getting in the door the security guard was extremelyyyy rude and very very disrespectful saying she didn’t see us waiting outside. I asked her to ask the people in line since they’re the ones saw us waiting for so long, after she asked and confirmed with them she was still extremely rude her attitude made my brother cry. While seeing her being super kind to her own race of people and super mean to all the others that weren’t the same colour as her. I never ever experienced such racism and extremely bad attitude from anyone in my life. And most people that were waiting in line noticed the same thing till one of the other customers literally lost his mind on he was also being treated. This is extremely unexpected and I have no clue how those people are even hired. I really hope whoever is managing this place to read this review and truly train their stuff to treat everyone the same and be respectful. Worst customer service

Very bad test centre. I am not sure about the other examiners. But the examiner ID 795, he doesn’t even know what left and right is. He asks the student to take left and then he says sorry, I meant right. And there were couple other unprofessional things that the examiner did and finally he fails the student saying not eligible. How annoying that is and I will definitely file a complaint and make sure that no one will be facing this kind of stupidity again. Don’t go to this centre. Doesn’t have professional test examiners. Maybe they need more training

I have been there for my License renewal. An Indian lady from the test area is literally rude, don’t knows anything and you know what she told me that they are not dealing with G license here.Looks like, They are making PILOTS & ASTRONAUTS there.If there is someone responsible to read reviews and take complaints, please consider my experience.Be careful, save your time.
