I believe they sell quality products. The Sales (Bryce) rep has always been great.Several times the Service dept has been less than I expected.My last experience was disappointing. Brett spent all his energy trying to not complete the repair under warranty. He never did help solve my problem. He ended up walking away when I was still talking to him.If you are going to purchase from the Campbellford location, I would suggest trying to get something serviced before hand so you can experience the service Dept.

They were very helpful and and listened to what my projects were going to be then set me up with the proper equipment. Also got a Christmas card. That told me that i am now part of the New Holland Family

The staff at Bob Mark are what makes this shop enjoyable because - you'll know if you have farm or construction machinery - maintenance, parts and equipment are quite pricey.With the supply chain getting back to normal, Bob Mark now has new and used equipment as well as parts back in the shop. We have two New Holland tractors and forage equipment so we deal with the staff on a fairly regular basis.The store is located on the outskirts of Campbellford, on CR8 and is easily accessible to foot and vehicular traffic.

I bought my new Mahindra tractor here last month and I am totally satisfied with my buying experience. John Rich was very helpful before and after sale. I had many questions he was only too happy to answer. And he gave me a great deal ! Bret in service very nice too. Great group of people here.

It was one week to get my Simplicity lawn tractor serviced and a new drive belt installed. I phoned a couple times about when it would be done.It is an older model I bought second hand and they were unable to tell me what the model number was so I could download a manual. I phoned Simplicity help desk and they could not help me determine the model number - it is no where on the unit.After almost $500 for service the rod holding the mower deck up came loose on the second time I cut the lawn. I phoned the dealer and the service guy says they would not have removed that rod even though he says they would have removed the mower deck.I managed to get a manual that might match my tractor and to remove the deck that rod has to be removed. It came loose out of one side. There should have been a cotter pin or clip in it.The service guy told me they could send someone out at $100 / hr but that they are busy. He told me 2 weeks ago they were very busy. I think they didn't put the cotter or clip pin in. Now that I have a manual I will try to put that rod back in place so that I can raise and lower the deck properly.No help from the dealer after they got my money, unless I wanted to spend more money.I might buy a new lawn tractor - won't be from them, even though I'm only a couple miles away. I'll drive further to a John Deere dealer.Update- I searched the Internet and after trial and error got my manual. It clearly shows the rod that came loose should have a clip in it. I managed to get it back in place (with the help of the info in the manual) and put a clip to hold it in. I then went out and cut the grass. Works good again. I welcome the opportunity to speak with staff from this dealership about this issue.

I highly recommend Bob Mark New Holland in Campbellford. I have been buying most of my equipment there for the past five years. New Holland makes quality equipment and I am happy with my purchases. I find the folks at Bob Mark are extremely helpful and pleasant, from sales to parts and service. If I have a question, they are always willing to help. If something breaks down, they are always there to help, fitting me in between calls to get me back out in the field. Thanks Bob Mark!
