I really like Doctor Wilhelm who has been my family doctor since I was in elementary school. She really cares. The front office staff are kind whenever I have spoken to them, but sometimes it’s hard to reach them. I called just now at 4:24 and they are supposed to answer the phones until 5pm Monday-Thursday but their pre-recorded message says it’s outside of business hours. This isn’t the first time this has happened and it can be a bit frustrating especially since we cannot leave a message.

One would be very fortunate to have any of the doctors at this clinic as their GP; Dr.Sambrook is outstanding. I have found this office to be very good about scheduling and being on-time with their appointments. I deducted a star for how they misuse their phone system, frequently setting the auto-attendant to announce the office will re-open the next business day - but during business hours.

Dr Sambrroke cares how you feel physically and spiritually. She is open to trying new things and won't stop until she finds the right solution for your situation. She reminds me of how Dr Bates was when he first started in practise, and that's the highest of praise I can bestow on her.
